Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Houston

Bruh......the girl at drive-thru asked us if we wanted ketchup. We said YES please. She then forgot the ketchup so I had to walk back to the drive-thru to ask for some. She completely avoided my request and told me I had to come inside, even though I clearly stated that all I needed was the ketchup she forgot. I ran all the way around the store and tried to come inside but the doors were locked. Then finally someone let me in and had the audacity say “welcome to Cane’s how can we help you”........ HOW CAN YOU HELP ME??? You could 1: not offer ketchup if you were going to forget it, 2: actually give me my ketchup when I take the time to come back for it, and 3: be mindful that people are usually in a hurry when they get drive-thru...I should NOT have had to run around the entire store asking for a packet of ketchup...

Ok I’ve always had great service here at this location on west rd Aldine area, but tonight was a very unpleasant time. The girl who took our order at the speaker was rude. Didn’t even repeat our order just kept saying uhuuuhh what else. And we waited long in line. When we approached the window she just gave me our total without repeating my order to make sure I was the correct customer. I gave her my debit card and she just handed over my bag without a word to say. She basically didn’t speak only to say how much our order was. I asked for hot sauce and she gave my debit card and hot sauce all at the same time. And when we got home our order was totally wrong. How can you go wrong with very few items on the menu. I don’t know what manager hired her. But she has to go. Making Raising Cane’s awesome service...

Paid 60$ for family dinner and all our combos were literally the size of kids meal . As someone who ran a restaurant I know portions are not always the same but it would’ve been nice to have them let us know that their tenders are overly small , Instead I am being charged regular price for half the amount I should be getting , called manager and she said she’d give us “box combos “ drove back , she couldn’t even speak to me , I didn’t get the food because they said only one combo was going to be given to me and if I wanted a refund to bring the food back , which my kids had ate when I called and their reply was “I finished in 2 seconds “ it’s bs . Do not waste your money or just do yourself a favor and get a kids meal . Horrible...
