Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Houston

I don't normally leave bad reviews but my experience today warranted one. I ordered my food and when I recieved it the soup was completely cold, I did not say anything because I didn't have a long lunch break today. After watching the girl behind the counter forget several customers chips and cinnamon roll orders, I chose to speak up on my way out, only to be met with attitude and arguement. While letting her child walk in and out of the kitchen area, the lady finally picked her child up, and thats when I decided to tell her that my soup was cold. Mind you I didn;t ask for another just trying to give her a heads up that it was cold. She very rudely argued the fact that she was the one that took it from the oven and it was hot to the touch. I have no reason to lie about the temp. of my soup and would expect to me met with kindness next time since I was not being rude at all. Poor customer service in...

Schlotzsky's is one of my go-to sandwich spots for lunch, and this location has never let me down. Not all Schlotzsky's are built the same. This particular chain is clean, friendly staffed, has a good vibe, and the food is made with attention and care.

Some of the other locations I've noticed were a bit dirty, staff was very unattentive, and the food looked like it was thrown together. Not this one!

I always go for turkey original combos with a side of tomato basil soup, they have plenty of seating, and the self-serve stations are always clean and filled with product. I usually dine in and relax for a while and enjoy my lunch here. Shout out to the owners and the team at...

My husband had a horrible experience here on November 18th 2022. He has an allergy against sesame seeds and while ordering he told the employee that he has an allergy and for her to make sure the sandwich he was ordering did not have any. Once he leaves and opens up his sandwich it is full of sesame seeds. So he had to go all the way back and ask them to rectify their mistake. He was met with animosity and just bad customer service. When he asked for extra cheese on a second sandwich he had ordered and paid for, the employees made a huge deal out of charging him for that.
