I continue to be extremely disappointed with the service. This 3rd and LAST experience is telling. The biggest issue is the complete lack of customer focus. No proactive resolution. several times now Iâve felt the service significantly lacking and the most recently example the most egregious. We had a company event starting at 4pm and upon arrival nothing was ready. Then the âleadâ proceeds to say that the event was at a different hour even though the contract clearly noted 4pm. On top of that the server was adamant that the company and customer itself was wrong! Then proceeded to say that this particular company always made the same mistake which was wrong. on top of that the server failed mitigate their failure and be proactive in trying to mitigate the situation.
