Strato 550 — Restaurant in Houston

I continue to be extremely disappointed with the service. This 3rd and LAST experience is telling. The biggest issue is the complete lack of customer focus. No proactive resolution. several times now I’ve felt the service significantly lacking and the most recently example the most egregious. We had a company event starting at 4pm and upon arrival nothing was ready. Then the “lead” proceeds to say that the event was at a different hour even though the contract clearly noted 4pm. On top of that the server was adamant that the company and customer itself was wrong! Then proceeded to say that this particular company always made the same mistake which was wrong. on top of that the server failed mitigate their failure and be proactive in trying to mitigate the situation. The customer provided recommendations which I find completely unacceptable If this was a one time incident I might be able to understand but the fact of the matter is this would be my personal fourth experience with the same server in the same situation.-With the server failing to be a customer focus and not being providing solutions or admitting their...

The view is beautiful but the food is subpar and the ambiance gives airport lounge. The menu has about 6 entrees and half weren’t available.

I ordered the jerk chicken since the salmon and the pork chop weren’t available and asked if it was going to be dark or white meat and the waitress said its thighs so dark, but then I got served a dry chicken breast that was covered in more plain oil than jerk marinade.

The only tasty thing was the bread and butter and feta dip. Besides that, we spent about $120 for two entres, two appetizers, one mineral water and left...

We've been eating at Strato 550 for years, but recently had our rehearsal dinner and couldn't recommend it more.

The atmosphere is incredible, the service is top-notch, the cocktails are delicious, and the food is incredible.

Lili and Evan were amazing through the entire planning process and made us feel so supported, listened to, and cared for.
