Read moreTook alot longer than necessary. I was overcharged too. I ordered a 20oz Carribean Way. Prices on the board are misrepresented. It quotes $5.99, yet I was charged $6.49($7.03 total). I had already paid for it and decided to inquire about the pricing. The young lady, working the drive thru (Micah H.) responded that "Smoothie King needs to change the board to show the updated pricing". She also said that a customer was belligerent with her the day before due to incorrect pricing display. I went in to use the restroom and it needs a good cleaning also. Read moreIve been going to this location for a min now and I have a some what okay experience here HOWEVER this location is the slowest ever and it just opened!! One of the cashier always have a attitude. Just listen to her take you order. Then when this is supposed to be a quick in &out drive thru, SHE makes it’s a 10-15 wait time. Like ok smoothies take a minute to make but me sitting there over 10 minutes because you ran out of juice. Then had the nerve to show her attitude. If the manager doesn’t straighten this out corporate will be called or the owner of that location because this is ridiculous.
