Smoothie King — Restaurant in Houston

I recently contacted Smoothie King a week ago due to the concerns about the boil water notice we just recently had. So I visited a location that morning and they told me they were closed due to the boil water notice. So then I had to question Smoothie King's water supply system. Smoothie King Guest Support said that is a good question and she was supposed to get back with me through email but still no answer. So basically I know the answer their using nasty tap water and that's not healthy at all and they say they focus on health. There's so many contaminates in this nasty water and for Smoothie King to not use ANY clean filtration system that's horrible and we were regular consumers on a daily basis not anymore. Took alot longer than necessary. I was overcharged too. I ordered a 20oz Carribean Way. Prices on the board are misrepresented. It quotes $5.99, yet I was charged $6.49($7.03 total). I had already paid for it and decided to inquire about the pricing. The young lady, working the drive thru (Micah H.) responded that "Smoothie King needs to change the board to show the updated pricing". She also said that a customer was belligerent with her the day before due to incorrect pricing display. I went in to use the restroom and it needs a good cleaning also. Ive been going to this location for a min now and I have a some what okay experience here HOWEVER this location is the slowest ever and it just opened!! One of the cashier always have a attitude. Just listen to her take you order. Then when this is supposed to be a quick in &out drive thru, SHE makes it’s a 10-15 wait time. Like ok smoothies take a minute to make but me sitting there over 10 minutes because you ran out of juice. Then had the nerve to show her attitude. If the manager doesn’t straighten this out corporate will be called or the owner of that location because this is ridiculous. In todays economy with things closing the last thing you need to be is rude to customers still willing to spend money there....
