Management ran the brewer off! No more Whole Foods Brewing here; it is now just a bar…come and get a pint or a 13 ounce of what they have left before it’s all gone. No more crawlers but you can buy a 64 ounce growler.
On tap now they have Side Eye (9 ABV), a fruited sour, and the Defiant Pilsner…after that the Whole Foods Brewing branded beer is all gone.
Whole Foods bars no longer exist in the Houston area so this former brewery, it seems, no longer fits into the Whole Foods business model. Friendly staff and patrons like you would expect in a whole foods store, never any drama. If you don't like the bar itself you can also take your refreshments to the open lounge area upstairs. My only real complaint is that they don't allow you to tip on your card when you close a tab, and it's just rude to not leave a tip for a bartender. So bring some cash. Don't be that guy.
