Honestly the worst visit to the this place I have ever experienced. My husband and I have a 4:45 movie . We were seated at 3:30 and gave our order right away. We had to ask for everything that we got . Our appetizer came way after our sushi . I ordered a salad . I had to ask for my salad. I had to ask for every refill that we got. My husband ordered desert and she forgot to put it in. We had paid already and since she forgot the desert she had to erring everything. Like I said our movie was at 4:45 , We did not get in the movie until 5:05! The waitress was terrible! I never leave bad reviews and I am very understanding and not in a hurry when it comes to customer service, but seriously you need to rethink your servers! This was one of my favorite places for happy hour and date nights. Always a great atmosphere for both. Until today. They have removed some of the best menu items as well as our bad experience tonight. We always order a 1/2 Blue Moon/ 1/2 Angry Orchard, both are on tap and both are the same price. Tonight we got a round, then a second, and the “manager” Erin, brings it out and rudely says, “just so you know, we can’t mix beers your server didn’t know what she was doing, we did it this time but won’t again”. I have never been put off by the tone of a manager before in my life. The wait staff was not very attentive. The hostess sat us right next to another couple even with the zero crowd. My wife ordered the dragon sushi and I had a burger with fries. The sushi was loosely packed and had the smallest amount of meat in each roll. The carrots were just raw, typically carrots served with sushi is pickled. The burger was not seasoned at all. The fried were room temperature and I was served 10 minutes before my wife in a restaurant that had 10 people including us, the kitchen was not communicating I suppose.
