Started with a brief 20 minute wait our family of four and a family friend. When my name was called we were asked if we a group of 5 wanted a table with chairs or a booth. In past, we had a booth with no issues. When seated we learnt it was a both for only 4 people with a step up to sit which made it impossible for a chair to be put at the end. We obviously had a look of disappointment but wasn't asked if we preferred different seating options. However we made it work the best we could. When asked for our drink section the waitress kept what felt mocking my husband's accent(he's British BTW), when ordering his Samuel Adams he was met with a blank stare, then a confused question of if he meant a Boston Lager. After 20 minutes we finally got water's and sodas for the kiddos and another 10 minutes for our adult beverages. She soon asked if we wanted any appetizers, they came shortly but after 20 minutes of promises to come back to take our order we were slightly irritated. When our main meals came out we were left with no utilities, we waiting again for another several minutes of coming back with utinsils, we were waiting long enough for food to cool and my daughter started to eat her mac and cheese with her hands. When our waitress finally arrived with the utensils the mood was sour and we were just about done with being there. Our friend spoke up about her not liking her drink, it's wasn't a bad drink she stressed it just wasn't her vibe. The waitress looked so perplexed by the request for a different drink, she walked off and soon after the manager I would assume greeted us and was asking about the drink. With a quick explanation he gladly replaced it. After that the waitress disappeared the rest of the meal. After being there almost 3 hours, most of which I remind you was waiting on a waitress or was time to go. I won't spare you the boring details of waiting 15 minutes for boxes but I'm happy to say we finally got to leave. My favorite moment when getting up to leave our waitress asked how everything was. So in short, food good, service needs improvement. Glad we went but...
Read moreTook forever to be seated with most of the tables empty. This was on Friday Saturday Sept 27, 2025 around 5:30 PM. I did a call ahead an hour before and was told that I would have to call 20 minutes before. I called back 4 times while finishing pictures at Bridgestreet with their photographer and no one would answer. We went early so they could eat before the dance that started at 7 PM. We were with 7 high school students that were decked out in suits and dresses for Homecoming. One mom and myself ate (avocob grilled chicken salad that was very good and our waitress was great) at a different table to give the teens space. We were finished before they got their food. Then we learned that the waitress did not split their tickets. WHO would see a table of teens dressed like that and not ask about separate tickets?? The tabletop kiosk crashed twice and 3 of the kids had to go stand in line by the kitchen and pay separately. I am not sure that the teens were familiar with figuring out how to break down their own meals using the tabletop kiosk. I would highly suggest that in the future they ask about separate tickets and HAND the kids their individual tickets to pay separately. I tipped their waitress 15% begrudgingly. I tipped my waitress much more. Fast forward we left Bridgestreet at 7:38 PM. The kids had maybe an hour at the dance by the time we got them back to their school. The kids paid $30 each for their HOCO tickets and lost an hour trying to GET their food and bills straightened out. We will not go to Red Robin before an event to prevent this from happening again...
Read moreWas very disappointed. We sat down at 4:58, our server didn’t approach our table for 9 minutes to take our drinks. He passed by us 4 times before asking for our drinks. He was too busy giving his 3 other table’s attention (when they were already done eating, 2 had paid already). We was his last table by the time we got drinks. So there was no need for it to take 9 minutes to take our drink orders. This happened the last time we came as well, but at least our server apologized & was great the rest of the time. But last night we didn’t get our food for 45 minutes. Keep in mind they was not busy. If they are short servers, that’s not our problem. After 45 minutes waiting for 2 basic burgers & a chicken sandwich, the food came out wrong. Our burgers were cold. I ate about 3 bites and that was it. The buns tasted stale. The manager asked to give us an appetizer for the next time we come back, but I just told her it didn’t even matter because we probably wouldn’t be coming back for a while. Which sucks because I love their food, but last night was a turn off. Idk where our server kept running off to, but there were people that sat down before we got our food & he didn’t approach them either for the same amount of time. When he had walked passed them multiple times as well. I get it’s hard to get people to work, but hiring incompetent people makes it worse. I’d rather wait 45 minutes with a server busting her butt to do her job, Vs some kid that obviously doesn’t know how to do his job. It might sound harsh, but...
