I purchased a robotic Vaccum on line. The product was misleading in the description but more importantly the control app, after downloading on my phone, was in Chinese and included a password tracking app. This was very concerning so I deleted all of it.

I have called 5times, left 3 voicemails, and two emails with customer service but no response over the last three weeks. The. Customer service lines are closed even though I called during business hours.
