Four of us went for a late lunch on a Friday probably around 1:30. There was no wait. Not busy at all. Once you order they bring you some sliced bread and a small dish of olive oil and Balsalmico to dip your bread in. I ordered the Shrimp Carbonara and my husband ordered the Farfalle Rustica, he said there wasn't a lot of meat but the flavor combination was great he said. Mine was yummy but the creamy Alfredo sauce didn't seem like it had parmesan in it but of course they offered it at the table freshly shredded. It just tasted like cream sauce. My husband and I shared a house side salad with mixed greens and a vinaigrette on it. It also had gorgonzola I think. It was good. It was around $4 but we split it and half was plenty for me. My step mother got the Pollo Balsalmico, it didn't have any pasta. She ate the whole thing and liked it very much. But she also ordered the chopped salad thinking it was something else and she didn't like it. I don't think there was anything wrong with it. My sister got chicken carbonara and liked it. We ordered two desserts, one cheesecake, it was big w/ strawberry sauce underneath, so good! I ordered the tartufo, which is a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse covered with a ganache placed on top of a plate of cream sauce drizzled with a raspberry sauce. So so good!! They ran around $9 each. This was a special memory for my husband and I because we bought four of these to serve at our wedding as the grooms cakes. Looking at the menu I plan to try several other dishes. We will be back. We used to be able to go to this restaurant a lot when we lived in Florida but we moved to Colorado and they did not have this restaurant. So glad we are in Texas now and they have...

My wife and I dined in at Italianniâs for dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphereârustic decor, soft lighting, and the hum of lively conversationâset the stage for a perfect evening.
The Food: We started with the Crispy Calamari (lightly fried, tender, and paired with a zesty marinara) and the Spinach & Artichoke Dip (creamy and indulgent). For mains, the Chicken Parmesan was a standoutâcrispy, cheesy, and smothered in a rich tomato sauce. My wife loved the Grilled Salmon, perfectly cooked with a garlic butter glaze. Save room for dessert: the Tiramisu was heavenlyâairy, coffee-infused, and just the right amount of sweetness.
The Service: Though we didnât have a standout server by name, the entire staff was attentive and friendly. Our orders arrived promptly, drinks were refilled without asking, and the team checked in just enough to ensure we felt cared for without being intrusive.
The Atmosphere: Perfect for a date night or a family celebration! The blend of cozy booth seating, soft Italian music, and the aroma of fresh garlic bread made it feel like a little slice of Tuscany in Dallas.
Final Thoughts: Italianniâs delivers on every frontâflavor, ambiance, and service. Whether youâre craving classic pasta, fresh seafood, or just a basket of their addictive garlic bread (donât skip it!), this spot is a gem. Weâll definitely be back! đˇđ

Read moreItalianni's serves up a Bride's lunch as Mitch is publicly embarrassed due to a lost bet.
From the moment we stepped in, Itianni's in Hurst provided an exceptional dining experience that will be remembered for a long time. The manager, Shannon, was incredibly accommodating, setting up a delightful lunch for Mitch, who, due to a light-hearted bet, graced the venue in a stunning wedding dress, adding a unique touch of joy to the atmosphere.
Mitch a bearded man in a wedding dress was the star of the day, the public embarrassment was seen in how blushing of a bride Mitch became with all of the attention by the staff and the other customers.
Our server, Lori, was phenomenal - attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure that Mitch had a pleasant and entertaining time. The staff's warmth and the cheerful reactions from other diners made the day extra special, affirming how fabulous Mitch looked in his attire.
The highlight, a playful cake-smashing tradition, was executed with humor and grace, leaving everyone in high spirits. And let's not forget the food - as always, it was nothing short of amazing, ensuring that the culinary experience matched the day's merriment.
Itianni's has once again proven why it's a favorite. They not only serve great food but also create an environment where every meal can turn into a joyous event. Can't wait to return for more fun and feasting!
I hear they would like Mitch to come back again, but only if he wears his wedding dress again! I hope they invite...
