I love Arby's!

Hey Aimee Jones, it's exactly the same with the cookies. Arby's isn't like NASTY OLD MC DONALD'S OR BK. Arby's makes your food FRESH when you order it and only so many cookies and turnovers at once. Call & ask how long it takes on the cookies? You wouldn't get any for 45 min. THEY CAN'T SERVE THEM UNTIL THEY COOL. Go to Dillons & buy some but don't put a bad review on them for "following rules." I won't put my comment on here of why I think you needed one (or five) so badly. Ha!

I love Arby's. They make EVERYONE'S food when you order it. If you disagree you're lying. I'm not talking about roast beef,obviously. They drop your chicken,the tenders,poppers & fries while making your sandwiches. I also love how they will give me a little cup of pickles even tho they don't come on the sandwiches or switch buns for me.

So people,go to Arby's for fresh food. If you want cookies (which ARE THE BOMB) or turnovers,call ahead of time & they will make them for you. If you're reading this you have Internet & can see their number & call them to get your FRESH SWEETS :) As I said, they cannot serve customers those until they cool. They're not going to get sued? Duh? I know this because they were out twice on my triple chocolate cookies so when I want them,I just place a call which takes 2-3 minutes. Not that hard. So this is to rate if they messed up your order. They did not. And I'm pretty sure nobody was rude to you unless you got an attitude for "not having any turnovers." So call them,get your turnovers,then mark your 5 stars....

I didn't go inside but used the drive thru instead. It's pretty much like all drive thrus. I was in a hurry for a meeting. I did NOT check my order when I received it....my mistake! I had ordered a drink, which I received. Then I was given the sack, with a 'thank you', and I hurried to the meeting. The loaded mac and cheese was in the sack, as was the French dip sandwich and sauce. BUT the cheese sticks and marinara sauce were not. So, once again, like other fast food places, it was a case of 'you got my money AND food I did not receive, but which I paid for'. sighs Like always, when this happens, I called to inform them and was given the usual..." Would you like to come back and get it?" No, I wouldn't. I was in a meeting! And then, given the option, "If you would like to give me your name, you can get a free order on another visit?" Once again, I replied, "No. I don't know if or when I might return. " I gave my money. Why is it the customers' responsibility to do the staffs job of making sure an order is...

I went in yesterday to try the new pork belly sandwich. I asked the cashier about the sandwich and if it was a fatty piece if meat because I've never had it, he seemed confused and didn't really seem to know. I told him I didn't want it if it was fatty piece of meat and he said it was like thick bacon, ok I will try it. I paid $6.10 for the sandwich and took it to-go. Now when I saw the picture for this sandwich it looks like there are 3 strips of meat along with onion strings, cheese and sauce. Once I opened up my sandwich there was only a couple onion strings and ONE slice of pork belly on the sandwich and half of the piece of meat was fat. The meat cover roughly half of the sandwich. The sandwich was made sloppy and not the right amount of meat and was not even close to being worth over $6! I could have ate 4 of those sandwiches and been full the way this one was made. Pretty disappointed, I won't...
