Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Hutchinson

Outside of building very desolate....probably should do some landscaping as everything was brown and dead. However proceeded to the door to try this place for the first time as I love wings. Outside front door was very dirty I noticed like noone cares or maybe super busy. Not busy at all, 6 customers at the bar and from what I could tell probably 6 employees. We stood waiting for 10-15 mins with employees walking passed but noone said anything. There were menus on the floor. Employees were standing behind us looking at us through a window but noone was helping us. Lady finally came and seated us. The floors were absolutely covered in food but noone cleaning. They were chatting with people at the bar or hiding in the back. We sat for another 15 mins or so before our waitress came. She apologized for the "small" wait. We ordered our drinks, appetizer and food at same time. Drinks took another 10-15 mins to get. We saw a few people come in that waited so long without help they left. Another 30 mins and we got our food. But they still hadn't brought our appetizer so she went back. Another 10 mins and that came out and she very abruptly kinda dropped it on the table as we bothered her. It was the hatch queso, the cup only a 3rd full. For $10??? The wings were super tiny some as small as 1" but tasted good. This is the first and only time we have ever tipped under a $20 bill. You need as an owner to put eyes on this place and not tell me to fill out another form. This is the worst experience we have ever had at a place. Like the employees are there just to hang out. Rude and very dirty. Find some good people and clean it up, your business...

Was in town for a graduation and had lunch here. Been to other BWWs. Was very slow being seated which was understandable they were shirt handed in suppose and thought maybe this is how things are in Kansas. 1st server introduced herself and then another came and said why you taking this is my table. So another young lady took our drink orders. Got a pepsi Zero, but it was a weal root beer, so I got a diet pepsi. Didn't seem too eager to fix the fountain issue or get it from another fountain. Food was slow getting out, but again, I thought maybe this is just how it is here. Finally got our food. Got a Saucey chicken sandwich. it was pretty good. My wife got a ceasar salad she said it was decent. We got an order or 10 wings that were supposed to medium but were Hot. I liked them but my wife couldn't eat them. Overall decent except for the wings being too hot. We needed refills and told the waitress, and she said she would get them. Well we are eating hot wings and needed some drink. She went and filled cups in here drink station and got anither customers ticket. My wife started drinking the root beer that was originally on the table from my original drink order. It was several more minutes until she finally brought refills. She may have been new because she gave my wife ice tea with barley any ice to chill the tea. Maybe inexperience. I enjoy BWW this location appeared to be under staffed compared to.ither locations I've been. 1 at bar and 2 waitresses. I could be just used to...

What happened???? This is one of my favorite wing chains. 3 years ago, i gave this location an excellent review. Came a while back, and it wasn't that great. But hey, you can't always be on point. I'm not a picky eater, and I understand that sometimes you have bad days. But last night we were served some absolute garbage. We thought it was odd that for a Saturday evening it was kind of dead. Especially for a BWW. The fried pickle app was bland and overcooked. The wings now must be pre fried, then microwaved and spun in sauce as ordered. Tough dry bland wings. The skin popped off and was like chewing on a slab of carpet. It was like eating leftovers. I tried to power through, but after a few bites, we were done. I asked a waitress what happened to this place. She agreed it had gone way downhill. Great atmosphere, amazing service but absolute garbage food. The craziest part was 90 bucks was bill for that trash for two people. The waitress was great she offered to bring us a new round of food but we declined. There is no need to be disappointed twice. She nodded as though she knew exactly where we were coming from. I sure hope this is just a management problem and all BWW are not going downhill like this one.
