My husband and I came in to this store to inquire about their senior plan. We wanted to keep our current phones(IPhone 12) but needed a less expensive plan than what we had with AT&T. That is not what we got! After being told it was cheaper to get new phones because of the promotions,(it was even written down on a piece of paper) so we said that was fine. So after 3 hours of trying to get us setup the sales associate handed us our new phones and our old phones and told us he had no idea what to do and said to come back in a couple days since it could take up to 24 hours to get switched over. Who does that? Luckily 1 phone worked but the other didnāt nor did it work after 24 hours. So we came in the next day (we live an hour away) worked with a manager and after another hour or so she finally got it to work. Then we got our bill a few days later and we were getting charged for 3 lines we only have 2, so I called the store and she said it was a promotion from T-Mobile and it would be credited on the next billing cycle. It was not! Now a month later I was charged again and I called the store and was told I would need to come in. I then called T-Mobileās customer service and she was wonderful at helping us and are in the process of fixing this mess. So beware of this location!! they will do whatever it takes to take advantage of people like us. It was the worst...

The sales man talked about T Mobile being the best in the world and the cost would be less than what I was currently paying. I bring home the modem and this whole time I've only ever had two bars. I work at home a few days a week and need a stable internet connection. I called T Mobile and the agent said I have a poor signal strength might be able to catch up to 4g by moving the modem around. Of course that didn't work. So I called again and the agent asked me if I wanted to cancel my home internet service. I look online to see if T Mobile 5g Home Internet is available in my area it is not. Horrible customer service. Hungry for commission. Now the phone. There's a $60 plan and a $90 plan. Both are unlimited. The $90 plan comes with "free" stuff and discounts. The $60 plan does not. What's free and discounted when you pay extra for it. We went in simply wanting to upgrade phones on our plan and after lengthy discussions on different phones, we agreed to a certain phone at a quoted promotion. Many times during our visit we were told our phones would end up being 50% off and even before signing off on the upgrades, I asked for specific numbers on the cost confirming that it was 50% off. Many days later, I found out through Customer Care that this promo was not on our account. Calling into the store, I was told by the same employees that this promo did not exist and I was never told by them EVER that they would be 50% off.
