McDonald's — Restaurant in Hutchinson

I have never had good luck with the McDonald's on 11th Street by the mall. This was no different. There was a man and boy at the counter when we came in. Another gentleman had a receipt in his hand and was standing and waiting. We (2 adults) waited while the man with the boy complained about now having 3 gift cards all with small amounts on them when he wants it all moved to one card. (This is not McDonald's fault). We order to go, pay, get our receipt and cups. Man and boy left. Then we wait. And wait. It sounded like drive through was getting orders out. A young gentleman came in. He appeared to be wearing work clothes. He orders. First gentleman looks inpatient. Orders are getting made wrong. People are barking orders finally first gentleman's order is done. He leaves. The time gentleman's order is done. He leaves. I hear from the counter, "He looked like he was in a hurry.". So, he got served before we did. We waited some more. Then our food finally came out. I am not real sure how long some of the food had been sitting, but it was cold by the time we got home. The only good thing I can say, nothing in our order was made wrong. I keep telling myself that I am not going to visit this sure again. And when I do. I am always disappointed. ...

I’m giving this a 1 star because they have messed up a lot of our orders so many times one time I came through I said a LARGE sweet tea they give me unsweet I order a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and a double cheeseburger and they give me a quarter pounder and then a double quarter pounder instead a double cheeseburger we also said fresh gave us old stuff and then when I got home I called them and then having to drive back 10 mins back to McDonald’s to this one then when we got there we waited 20 to almost 30 mins til someone answered also we came to the drive through while back like 2 weeks ago an one of the girl who is at the window was high I don’t know if we should call cooperate about my experience ok so I’m adding on I posted this last night on Sunday December 5 2021 and today is the 6th and I got 2 mchickens add tomato and they didn’t even add it no tomatoes whatsoever ugh they messed up my dinner last night and today and other times before they keep messing up a lot of...

I went through the drive thru to get a drink. The man taking the order did not get the order correct. There was an abnormally long wait. It took three minutes to get from the ordering station to the first window. Additionally, there was an unacceptably long wait between the first and second windows. Even though the order for the car in front of me was a small bag, it took several minutes of waiting for them to get their food. After they got their food and drove away, it was another five minutes before the man operating the window even showed up, and it was a good minute until he gave me my drink, which I could clearly see on the table through the window. He did not give me my straw, and it took pleading for him to give me a straw (he said, "okay, but only because you're begging for it"). I am deeply appalled at the quality of the service at this establishment. Ten minutes of my day were wasted because I decided to get a drink. I do not intend to this...
