The Caboose — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Easily the worst food service experience I’ve ever had. It took over 40 minutes to get 2 mediocre snow cones. When I got there, there were two people sitting down who had already ordered. There was one young man inside working who had me wait 10 minutes before ordering while he made 3 snow cones for one of the people. Once he took my order he said “And how much tip would you like to add today?” I had him add on a few dollars (which I now regret). Over the next 25 minutes, he made five cones for the other person ahead of me. He then took another 10 minutes to make my 2 cones. The ice machine was working fine (I watched him use it), I literally have no idea why it took so long. When I got my cones, they were dry and really not very good. I plan to never go here again.
