I have been in this store multiple times and have never been greeted or even acknowledged. I would still go in , in hopes that maybe it was just the specific person working that day, but nope. Never once did an employee look my way or even smile at me. I did notice that everyone who came in after me would get a “Welcome in!” And be told the deals they were having. I quit going for this reason but recently went in with a friend because we walked by and she wanted to go and surprise, surprise we walked in and nothing. But of course everyone else who came in after us was greeted. My friend noticed right away and we decided to leave and won’t be coming back. Cute stuff but pricey. Selective costumer service lost...

I just wanted to shoutout Poppy & Pout - firstly I had NO idea they were a local business until after I ordered online, so I will definitely make a stop in sometime to stock up on more lip balms & come see the botique. Second, there was a box for leaving notes on your online order & I totally didn't expect a response to my "tell me a joke!" note but to my surprise they did. They have exceeded my expectations 100%. Not to forget each lip balm is SO smooth, the flavors are beyond what I expected and the size is a perfect size to last me a long time. Love everything this brand stands for, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, but at $10 per tube of lip balm, I expected better. You don’t get much balm in each tube, I didn’t find it to moisturize for very long, and you have to push the balm up from the bottom of the tube, which means you have to push the balm back down with your fingers - because it’s all made out of cardboard. Also, the cap does not stay on very well. I really wanted to love this balm as I was a lifetime chapstick user before I went vegan, but sadly, I’m going to have to keep...
