The Cookie Place — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

Super awesome cookie shop!! There’s two really great cookie shops here in IF; The Cookie Place and Crumbl Cookies. After having both, I really can’t say which is better but Kimber at The Cookie Place gave excellent service and allowed me to take some nice pics of the store! Really great quality cookies and will definitely be coming back here in the future. Best chocolate chip cookie in the area! I’ve been to many gourmet cookies places in Southeast Idaho and Northern Utah and while the Cookie Place is comparable to many of them with their variety of cookies, no place I’ve been to has nearly as good of a chocolate chip cookie as The Cookie Place! I dont normally write reviews but Im really bummed out by the customer service at the idaho falls location. When I told the girl who worked there I wanted a single cookie she quickly went from warm welcome to annoyed employee. To make matters worse she made me bag my own cookie. There might be rules about touching food because of COVID but I still would have liked to have been greated better. Maybe transfer her to the Rexburg location....
