Every time I order a sandwich, its not cut in half. Even though the kiosk has a prompt to request not cutting it, which means that by default itâs supposed to be cut in half. And every time i have to then ask for the employees to please cut my sandwich in half, because otherwise itâs hard to eat and gets messy, they give me attitude. Iâve always been nice and understanding, because I know it gets busy, but it would be easier for everyone if they just cut the sandwiches and bagels like they're supposed to. Horrible customer service going along with that as well, I donât understand why theyâre annoyed with me for asking them to do something they shouldâve already done, it would've been easier for you to do it right the first time.    Read moreI work nearby and went here for the first time today. While the food and service where great, the older woman who, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess she is the manager. Is appalling. It looked as though she was training some employees and the way she spoke to them was abhorrent. I imagine if corporate knew their manager was borderline abusing employees they may have an issue. I plan on reporting this to corporate. I work in HR and this is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
