Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Idaho

We have regularly (years) purchased pizza at the Market Place Boise ID. The last two times have been really poor experiences. The place has lot of teen as working there. I applaud them for this. The leadership of the people working there appears to be lacking. Last night there must have been 6 people working there (maybe more) but since all but 2 were in the back work area messing around and yucking it up I was given the opportunity to stand at the cash register for three minutes waiting to be acknowledge. Finally someone else came out and started telling people to make pizzas. This is radical different than the service we got during the summer and fall. Once I got the pizza home I noticed it was all messed up. Order- cowboy omitting pepperoni on one side. Got 1/2 cowboy and 1/2 sausage with random pepperoni rounds here and there. We resorted the topping and cook it up just right.

The lase time, prior to yesterday, 2 ladies who were working there were arguing at the register about some issued with the money which I found very amusing while I waited to be noticed standing right in front of them. Once they took my order they called some guy from the back to make ppizzas.He quickly made the pizza for the gentleman who ordered after me.

I really hope it gets better as I like the product and only plan on one more try. I don't plan on driving to a different shop outside...

Iv'e been a frequent flyer for years, however the past couple of months have seen a decline in the positive customer service I normally experience. They have a group of teenagers (or adults with teenage mentality) that fail to greet customers, seem to be playing games in the back room, distracted and disrespectful. My order was a mess, and when I realized that the workers had discovered they had messed up my order I caught them picking onions off of my pizza. At that point my appetite was ruined. When I caught them picking apart my pizza, I asked what was up and the clerk said "make a new one or live with this". I couldn't wait to escape so I said "we'll live". I'm going to give it one more try, but them I am finding a new location. I hope this is read by the appropriate person as I've not been heard back from an owner or manager when I called to express my...

I depended on Papa Murphys store to fulfill their online order commitment to make 4 pizzas for us at the State Street store in Boise, Idaho. We paid and had confirmation the pizzas would be ready by 5PM. When I arrived to pick up my order, the store employee informed me it would be 2-3 hours to complete my order and if I wanted a refund to stand in the next line. The next line was around 15 people deep. Understand I had to bring pizzas home to feed a large group and did NOT have time to deal with their inability to fulfill my order.

In my panic (I was very anxious), I set out to find another place that could deliver four pizzas at the moment. Well Pizza Hut Saved the day! They cooked, cut, and delivered the pizzas in 15 minutes once I placed the order, AND the price was cheaper than my original order...
