I come here quite often and normally things are great, but this recent experience was awful. I placed a mobile order when I was a couple blocks away. There was a long drive through line out to the street. I tried to park in their mobile order parking but it was blocked by the drive through line. So I parked in another businesses lot and went to the mobile order window. No one helped me there so I went inside to pick it up. I waited for 15+ min for anyone to come out and help me. I was in a but of a rush after waiting that long because I had an appointment to get to and didnât think it would take over 20-30 min to get a drink.
When someone did come out and help me, they were super rude and rolled their eyes at me. Someone different came out with my drink but didn't give it to me. Instead she said letâs see you owe, like I hadnât already paid since it was a mobile order. I said it was a mobile order and she gave it to me. By the time I finally walked out every car that was in the drive through line when I showed up had already been helped and was gone.
Overall, horrible experience with a rude barista and clearly no communication. Iâve already filed a complaint through...
Read moreI have been to numerous desperado's around The Valley. But this was my 1st time ever coming to this location. I don't know if it's because they seem to only have 2 or 3 people working. But it took a lot longer than I've never seen to get our drinks out. We ordered 2 orders in the same car. My friend ordered 1st, and then I ordered. When we got up to the window, the lady making them gave my drink 1st with her kids' drinks, and then said her drink with my kids' drinks. We got kids smooths. At every other location, it is always blended. At this location, it looked like they put ice in the kid's cups and then threw a little bit of the smoothie mix over the top of it. It definitely was not blended, so they could not pull it up through their straw.
I mentioned to my friend that this is the slowest it had ever taken us while getting our drinks. When I pull up to a Dutch Bros, I'm used to music playing, being asked how it is going. I understand they have a job to do and they're busy but we hardly even saw the lady that I think made our drinks. I don't know if she was new and they didn't have enough...
Read moreWe avoid this Dutch at all costs, which is a shame because we live downtown. I do not for the life of me understand why it is so hard for these baristas to make a drink correctly. We have gone here multiple times.. and I am not exaggerating when I say, WITHOUT FAIL, everytime, they have screwed up our drinks.
Which is a wild concept because they repeat it back to us in the drive and at the window⌠but when you get it itâs completely wrong.
Tonight we tried once more since we were running late and didnât have time to go to the one on Broadway (MUCH BETTER there btw) Well.. they made my drink with regular coffee instead of white coffee. And my friendâs drink was completely off and had a different flavoring than whatâs usually in her drink. Had to go back through because Iâm not paying $5-6 for a drink thatâs not what I ordered. Itâs incredibly frustrating that this Dutch doesnât do anything correctly. But hey, at least theyâre...
