Starbucks — Restaurant in Idaho

I am very disappointed to hear about the new policy. No cups of ice without the purchase of a drink. I was having an issue with my health. I have heart failure and I am diabetic. I must have been dehydrated and in need for a cool down. I was told no. I'm sure this is a new policy. It IS DISAPPOINTING. I continued to do my shopping and by the time I was done, I was having dizziness and an event. I almost fell down. I did get to customer service and asked for a cup of ice... after distress of going against company policy, they got me some. Now everyone is stressed. I sat in the eatery an sipped my ICE WATER until I felt stable. Bad policy. Bad choice to enforce. Bad bad bad. Thank you Albertsons customer service for helping me. Professionalism and consistency... An everyday customer with much experience here I can say they always epitomize these trademark of the starbucks franchise. They have a good manager, but they're also good people. So all these bad reviews, just because a barista won't 5ake your verbal abuse in person doesn't mean the starbucks store review needs unfairly slandered. Good or bad, I have to be awestruck to give a review of good or bad. So yeah I can fairly and conservatively say they earn more than 4.5 at least. If it was 9 out of 10 score I still wouldn't be able to find a fault worth taking...

This spot used to be very fast and very efficient. I’d get in and get out without being late. The two baristas who used to work here were personable and made the order right every time.

The new staff however, is slow beyond belief. Taking 10 minutes to make 1 single drink. I show up at around 8:20 everyday and I get out at 8:40, making me late.
