Bearno's Pizza — Restaurant in Indiana

Terrible experience!!! My family and I went on a Sunday and asked to sit on the patio. It was very sunny and hot, so we asked for an umbrella for our table. Unfortunately, they apparently haven't had their umbrellas out all summer, as the waitress stated they were not able to get to them, as they were buried in the back of the shed!!! That was the first strike. The patio had not been cleaned the night before as there was a dirty fork on one of the tables, tables still put together for a big group, and dirty ashtrays on every table. That was the second strike. We ordered an appetizer and pizza. An hour later, I had to go inside and practically go in the kitchen to find our food. I carried our appetizer to our table since there were only about 4 employees running the whole store. Then about 15 minutes later, so now we have sat in the hot sun for approximately 1 1/2 hours, I had to go back inside to see if the pizza was coming out. The waitress had our pizza but I did want to speak to a manager regarding the whole experience. When I asked for the manager, I was told there was not one there!! Pizza was good but not good enough for me to EVER go back to eat there. I wonder how many customers they lose daily and how many it will take for them to clean up their act???? I only gave them a 1 star rating in order to post, otherwise I would have given...

Ordered a Heart Shaped Mama Bernos for my wife and kids,with a 6 inch cheese pizza today 2/14 at 445pm.I think Kayla took my order who I had to give all my information twice including my cc information because she was Laughing and playing around while she took order on phone it was a delivery that is about a mile away from store. Total 33.41 this Ain't Cheep Pizza.She told me an hour it took 50 minutes and the order was wrong. I called back asked for a Manager,Whitney came on the phone.I explained to her what happen she told me it was rang up right that the kitchen messed up,she said I'll give you a discount, I said I dont want a discount I wanted the Correct order.She then said well I can get you another one but its gonna take another hour at least,I live 6 minutes from this store??I said I dont want to wait another hour she said i'll refund your money,That's it..She could care less about anything .I asked who was the owner and ehat is his name or email.All she would tell me is his name is Kirk..No email no last name ? When does he work she said I dont know??What HORRIBLE experience, I'll never go back here .My kids and wife didnt get there Heart Shaped Mama Bearnoes just pizza they didn't want and didn't eat and i'm still waiting for My Refund..YOUR TEAM...REALY DROPPED THE BALL KIRK... Went to Bearnos on Charlestown Road. Ordered a large pizza with hamburger and bacon on the whole pizza add mushrooms on half. We started  Eating our pizza and found onions and ham. We called the server over told her what was going on and her response was we cannot keep the toppings separate they are next to each other. I said you should be able to keep the toppings separate what if I was allergic to ham she said well ham and bacon comes from the same animal. I was just using those 2 as an example because that's what was on my plate. She wanted us to show her the ham and the onions on the pizza. I asked to speak to a manager and she said "WOW" There's not a manager on duty but I will send the bartender over because she's been here longer maybe she can help you, and then a smart remark as she walked away. Another person came over and said well I took care of this for you I said well that's good because we were not going to pay for it. We started telling her what happened thinking she was the bartender come to find out it was her 1st day, she was a new employee, we did not even get the bartender like we were supposed to. The 2nd server was just as rude as the 1st server. Bearnos needs to learn how to make a pizza using the toppings that are ordered and they really need lessons in...
