Panda Express — Restaurant in Indianapolis

If you've eaten at one Panda Express...you've eaten at them all . Nothing to write home about && pretty standard as far as American-Chinese food goes...

Was initially going to leave a 3-star review since the food is pretty much middle of the road...but the woman behind the counter who was taking my order irked me . As soon as I approached ,, she IMMEDIATELY asked me to name off every single entree I wanted . Ummmm...excuse me ?? You want me to name every entree I want before you start boxing it up ?? How do you expect me to do that ??

She obviously must think my life revolves around Panda Express && I readily know the exact names of each entree y'all sell . Not to mention she asked me for the entree names MULTIPLE times && called herself getting an attitude when I started pointing at the stuff I wanted . She probably doesn't even know that half the signs for the entrees are gone . That made me a little bit upset that she expected me to rattle off my entire order without visually looking at the food . Whoever you are and whatever your name is...you're the sole reason I dropped my rating by 1-star . Just because you know all things Panda Express ,, doesn't mean the...

I do not recommend mobile ordering at this location. I arrived a few minutes past my promised pick -up time. I was told the order was not ready and would be made in a minute. They continued to help every customer in line and who joined the line. After 20 minutes I joined the line asking for my mobile order, I was given attitude, and told to pick up at register. I explained I had been waiting and it was still not made. The sides had been sitting in boxes in front of this guy the whole time. He filled the entrees and passed off to the first lady who told me it would be ready soon, she started giving me attitude and treated me differently then the other customers. Where she asked them if they wanted sauces, I had to ask myself for the sweet and sour sauce for my Rangoon's. They were overstaffed if anything, 1 guy on break, 1 lady went out to seating to visit with family while wearing gloves, the manager was out hanging a banner and stopped to take another guy out to help him who wore his gloves outside, still leaving someone cooking, 2 people filling orders and a lady...

I've been eating Panda Express everyday for 3 weeks... I just couldn't stop... we'll that was until last night. I wanted my favorite steamed veggies and Kung Pao chicken. It didn't taste good at all. I really can't describe the taste of it. It was very strange. However, that was the cure I needed. Staff are very friendly.

I've had to update my review..... It really didn't cure my taste for Panda... I've been going there almost everyday and I can't stop... The veggies have been amazing, always hot and fresh. I've tried every entrée they have. I have my entire family hooked on Panda. I love that I can get veggies instead of noodles or rice. I was going to the downtown location and the Michigan rd. location; however, I witnessed some things downtown that has stopped me from going there everyday for lunch. I will stick with Michigan road...
