This McDonald’s location claims to be open until 8 p.m. for both the lobby and restaurant, but when I arrived around 7:20 p.m., the staff was already turning people away. The doors were still open, but instead of offering any explanation, the employees laughed at us and motioned for us to leave—completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make matters worse, someone who I believe was the manager was standing at the entrance, actively kicking customers out as they tried to walk in, saying it was already closed—well before the posted closing time.
As I spoke to another customer about how poorly guests were being treated, an employee—who could’ve simply walked away—chose to insert herself into the conversation and accuse me of lying. Instead of owning up to the situation, she got defensive and tried to make me look like the problem. I looked at her and said, “You’re just proving my point—you care more about shutting me up than actually doing the right thing.” Then I added, “If you’re already clocked out, maybe you should just leave—you’re only making yourself and McDonald’s look worse.” And before turning back, I told her, “Mija, no mientas. Sabes bien que lo que dije es cierto.” That’s when she backed off, because she knew I wasn’t going to stay quiet.

Read moreMy friend and I went through the drive thru and the lady who took our order was being SO RUDE. She was giving us nothing but attitude. I was stating my order very clear which was “1 large french fry, and one large sprite soda.” I’m not sure what she couldn’t understand by that and I couldn’t have made myself more clear. She was saying things like “bro, they both sound the same make yourself clear here”… which I was being very clear and also who uses the word “bro” when talking to a customer, seems very unprofessional. Finally, after repeating myself for the 7th time, she got my order right. I was VERY upset with her unnecessary attitude and when I went up to the window, i asked the very nice gentleman (Brandon) what her name was, and come to find out the lady was the MANAGER!!! She was also standing right behind the gentleman. How could the manager be so rude to a customer? Maybe because she knows she can’t get fired??? I’m not sure what got into her but I did not like it and ruined my experience. When we were at the window I heard her say “She doesn’t know the difference between french fries and soda”. WHICH JUST TICKED ME OFF EVEN MORE!! This lady is sooooo rude and very unprofessional to be a manager. She was wearing the cactus jack red mcdonald’s shirt with glasses. You have 4 or 5 ppl working drive thru and ur communication among you is horrible !whos incharge of quality control.. no pickles means no pickles. Yell it out 2 doubles no pickles.. the special orders is as important if not more.. you just ruined a good evening by not doing ur job.. You have an awesome drive thru lady great service and one horrible team of completing orders starting from ur cook.. line prep to bagger.. made a 5 star service turn into a 1 star real quick by not reading ur orders out correctly..all the technology to help and no actual skills to see it thru.. this is not the first the second or the third time u mess up but best belive I took the time this time to write this up.. next time ima open every single item in ur drive thru to get the timer up...
