Came in to get hashbrown & coffee and the employees were loudly and obnoxiously rattling off to eachother in Spanish, laughing/cackling and acting annoying and unprofessional. My hashbrown was barely cooked and they didn't bring my food to my table despite ordering on the kiosk and grabbing a number that I placed on my table. These are the kinds of folk we keep letting over our border....... they don't follow ethics and values that we all grew up with and just act like a bunch of clowns and do a poor job in whatever place decides to hire them. Sitting here finishing my coffee and there is a Hispanic man yelling at another Hispanic man that is apparently sleeping in the men's bathroom......another Hispanic man just walked in and decided to sit behind me and start coughing profusely, playing something in Spanish on his phone at full volume, and spitting into the bag he brought in. I've heard rumors that Hispanics cough, sneeze, and spit towards Americans on purpose and I believe it because when I've walked into certain places and had Hispanic people cough on me, sneeze at me, spit at me and other Hispanic folk will start trying to encroach my space or cough on me as well, or whistle..... I think they are being racist towards Americans.........they need to get kicked out of the United States, this is not freedom...... this is not the United States..... we didn't let them in and employ them so they could disrespect us and try to...
Read moreAs one of the originators of the fast food model, I expected McDonald's to excel during social distancing. My first dissatisfaction came at the ordering screen. The intro ("welcome to McDonald's how may I help you.") is great. The service levels all fall apart after that though. "What else?" is neither inviting nor personable. I distinctly don't like being rushed. As a former far food worker, I have never agreed that you can rush customers and still deliver quality service.
Window 1 went fine. I got my receipt and everything I ordered was on there. Window 2... I asked for jelly for my Chicken Biscuits. The server just grabbed some jelly and threw it in the bag like I was irritating hey by asking. I got my order. I reached in the bag and thought I felt my two Chicken Biscuits and hash brown. I pulled to the side to put my jelly on so I could eat while I drive to work. It was then that I noticed I didn't have a hash brown.
I called the number on the door to let them know since the dining room was closed. I was told they would bring me a hash brown rather abruptly and hung up on. So I waited about fifteen minutes. I watched a delivery driver come get his food and many cars drive thru the drive thru. Eventually, I had to go without my hash brown...
Read moreVery unsatisfied visit!! Had a promo code for my order and was charged full price. After noticing it, came back to ask why the promo code was not given, manager Leticia argued with me for 5-8mins telling me if the promo code don't work, there is nothing she can do. Even after showing her the promo code, she kept refusing to give me a refund. I was not asking for the full amount, just to validate the promo code. However, she kept on given me a hard time [attitude] until she decided to give me back half of the amount. I paid with a debit card and was handing it to her and told me she not refunding it back to my card, but will give it to me in cash [rude manner]. Additionally, ordered a guava creme pie and noticed it was old. I use to work at McDonald's for 5 years, so I know all the ins and outs. Therefore, I know for a fact the pie was old because every food product should have an expiration date. The pie, had the expiration sticker taken off. Heads up for those who read this, always make sure that if you see a time/date label off. 9/10 means it is old and they are using that because they are lazy to put fresh ones in or to avoid a larger waste at the end of a managers shift. Will not be coming...
