McDonald's — Restaurant in Irvine

This was again one of the nicest McDonald's I've have ever visited. Want to do a little writing and wanted to place to go. Pictish new McDonald's because it was near where I had left my son off. They were extremely kind to me when I ask for nothing more than a senior coffee. They made it exactly as I requested and was off to my writing. When lunch came around I decided to have lunch there at McDonalds. My email was warm like expected with some of the best fries I tasted in a while and they even refilled my coffee. this is a great place to bring kids and the rest of the family. They even have an electronic game set up on one of the family tables so that everyone can play. The only downside was it it appears both the male and the female restrooms ran completely out of toilet paper. Two different men had to ask if the staff could place more toilet paper in the men's room and then myself and another woman had to tell them that they needed to replace it in the women's room also. This is the worst McDonald's I've been to in at least the past 5 years. Ordered for curbside pickup this morning and after waiting 20 finally got my food (this is not the worst part). The MANAGER of the morning shift was the one handing out curbside orders and this lady has the WORST attitude I've seen in any kind of food/retail services I've been to. When she brought the order out for the car next to me the person commented she didn't get her condiments and this lady ROLLS her eyes at the customer in front of her which causes the customer to say nevermind. How is this lady a manager?!? As I finally get my order I thought Id be nice seeing as she might be having a bad day and I proceed to say " thank you" to which she rolls her eyes right in my face and says "what!" I repeated saying again " thank you" and literally does not acknowledge me and walks away. Keep in mind this is just what I found to be rudest and not accounting for all the cars she yelled at (lots of traffic in the morning because of drive thru) this lady needs to be fired and i can't imagine what her managing skills are like if she treats paying customers...

Sometimes the customer expectations for any and all McDonald's is met but never exceeds expectations at this particular store front. Most times this location is a failure due to the availability of kitchen staff and cashier's. The customer experience is post-apocalyptic akin to the future shown in the movie named Idiocracy. Idiotic to understaff an eatery within blocks of a major international financial business hub.

Surprisingly the shake and mcflurry machine has remained operational. Maybe. Given th decline in cars stretching out of the drive-thru lane I suspect others that live/work nearby or frequent the area, are opposed to this one specific McDonald's due to lack of staff affecting the quality of food and timeliness of service. Adding insult to those injuries, do check that you were given your order (not another's) and ALL of your order.

Sadly, the rating of this location is very low, even after a full year of trying my patience and wishing for a different outcome. Food is average, service and environs are atrocious and laughable at best.
