Good afternoon I hope everyone is having a wonderful day since it is Friday. They used to say back in the days thank God it's Friday. Well I had to pull over I visit McDonald's today I just want to share some with you not trying to touch on nobody's toes a day but since I'm a customer I think I should share something with y'all okay so this is class right now okay I need forgot to get y'all know books and number 2 pencils. I know that's kind of funny what I'm saying so let me get started I'm a long-time customer I like my food to be right I feel that when you put too much salt on the customer french fries then we got a problem. Understand we make mistakes true enough I'm Fair but I also don't drain the french fries with salt and all you taste is salt. That mean the french fries is too salty. As a customer I want to address this when you are taking the french fries out and you dumped it inside the pan that y'all usually put it in oh whatever put just a dab I'm salt. But sometime people don't like salt on their french fries there for you need to ask the customer do you want salt on it. So what I did today is I went by McDonald's off of MacArthur in Irving I've been hearing about a spicy chicken so I want to try it out myself and also the french fries as well a small one. The chicken a little spicy but I'm feeling that meaning is good. But the french fries I just went ahead and kept them because it has some really nice kind cashier and I also the person in the window was kind too. And that's the reason why I gave you a 3-star hopefully someone that work for McDonald's read this and share this with others and I hope they don't get upset about this and learn from this. And I really do think it's good that we can tell others about I experience. I will try again at a later time at the McDonald's on MacArthur in Irving.    Read moreI go here a few times a month and each time I have been the lady in the morning at the first window is rude and disrespectful as hell. The other day she got upset because she didnât give me all of my change back and I let her know that she still owed me 45 cent and she got mad, huff and puffed and gave me two quarters and said âhere!â How are you upset because you shorted me money and I want MY MONEY!!! are you crazy? Lol The very next day I came back in the morning and she was there again, this time she gave me my change and when I reached my hand out she dropped my change on the ground purposely and said â you didnât have your hand all the way openedâ Like what??? never apologized for dropping my change or anything. Today I went in and the messed up a medium fry twice, I didnât think it was possible either but both times were cold and old fries. I cam back through drive thru for the 3rd time and just requested my money back and I just noticed that they again shorted me 30 cent. At this point I believe this particular location is doing this on purpose, why do you all keep shorting people their change like people just want to give there money away?? I didnât even go back because I would use more gas going back up there and they are so incompetent that its pointless to even try to explain to them.    Read moreI don't make reviews very often, but this situation calls for one. This is my first time at this location and I pulled directly up to the drive thru speaker around 7am. The lady over the speakers was very polite and I immediately asked her if you could use a coupon and a reward (it was about to expire) in the same order. With no hesitation she said I could. I proceeded to order and give her BOTH of the codes. Once I pull up to the first window to pay I knew my total was too high, so I asked the girl (a different one) if by 2 codes went through. She was clueless and not very much help. I told her the situation and we tried to ring it up in 2 different transactions, but it would not work because the codes had already been 'used'. I basically had to beg her to go get someone to help her and she ended up getting the manager. He was rude to both me AND his employee. He was pushing her out of the way and telling her to move so he didn't have to hear her and me. He started arguing with me saying that I should know this would not work because it says on the app. I completely understand that, however I thought a staff member would know...
