Felt like eating Subway today after watching a commercial on TV so I went to the closest one to my house and oh boy how dim the light was and how quiet it was.
I looked around and see what to order and I see a promo they have going on " A foot long for $6.99 or 6" for $6.49" I was approached by this guy on what to order so I then go ahead and ask if I can have a foot long with half and half type of meat. He then responded with "it will be 2 - 6" sandwich instead he said.
So I tried to clarify what he meant and ask are you saying that I will be charge 2 separate 6" sandwich and he responded YES.
So I go and ask "what happen to the promo right there? He then responded with "Oh that is only for high school students. I then made a comment that you should put that in your promo's fine print and I then added nothing in this flyer that says its for high school students only.
I was starting to get irritated so instead of leaving empty handed I ordered a 6" sandwich, but then they didn't have the bread I wanted so that made it even worst. He claims that they only have 2 types of bread today and did not give any other explanation.
And when it came to paying the sandwich and a bag of chips It ended up costing me $13+ including tax.

   Read moreI am disabled and I did an online order for pick up. When I got to the store I called the store to see if one of the workers could bring my order out to me and no one answered the phone. I called several times and no answer. I had to very carefully walk into the store with my cane and I asked the worker inside if their phone was working? She said there was no phone in the store. I found that very strange since a couple weeks ago when I ordered at this location online, I called and a girl answered and she kindly brought my order out to me. I don't know what happened this time but I was very disappointed that either I was lied to about there not being a phone or if the phone was not working, I find it surprising that the employees do not have access to a phone and that it gives a number to call online for this location and therefore someone should be able to...
   Read moreThe employee there is abusive toward any online customers and claims that if you process an order online you are not allowed to pick it up at the store where the pick up rack sits. I had to call the police to warn them of a false police report she threatened to call because I asked for my sandwich which was already supposed to be made over a half hour ago. I've never been in a Subway location that refuses online orders and I'm still waiting for a refund because she robbed me today. She refused to process the order altogether she refused to even take my order number and to this moment she still won't assist online customers. I had to make a formal complaint with Subway since she robbed me today. Do not go here unless you want to be robbed and discriminated by "Robin". She doesn't even know what her store number is.
