GO TO THE ONE ON SAMAMISH This location blows. They consistently screw up your order. Want extra meat in your burrito? Enjoy a cold non-special burrito. Ask for 3 ranches in your large order? Enjoy fighting over one ranch.
Do you want a gift card? Because if point out your messed up order, expect one from a very apologetic rep when you leave feedback on your order and absolutely zero change in the quality of this location's service. Or save yourself the trouble and go to the one less than half a mile away where I bet they'll actually give you the order you requested.

I don't care. While you as a chain still have my business, it's clear that your gilman location is for rejects and screw ups and I have no intention of continuing business there again. Read moreI don't leave one star reviews for one bad experience. This place has consistently failed to put my order together correctly for a year. Shame on me for going back, but I have limited time at lunch and prefer to use a drive thru. All I want are items with chicken and no tomatoes. Very regularly one of those two things are unable to be accomplished. Again, I go here many times a week. Previously, they had one employee who would apologize and correct the problem. Her name was Claudia. She was fantastic, and I'm writing this because today I learned she no longer works there. Good for her. I wish her the best. Today, they left out my three-dollar fries. I'm not a rich man. Three dollars matters to me, and I don't have an unlimited lunch break to travel back and get a missing item and asking me to come back after work is unreasonable when you made the error. I don't understand why a refund is not possible over the phone when they are constantly at fault, but such is life. Read moreWhoever manages this store cares more about the timer they use to track orders than the actual people who are ordering. They will rush you when you're trying to order even if you know exactly what you want they interrupt and don't actually listen so you end up repeating yourself. They didn't even put my order in until I was at the payment window to make their numbers look faster. Because they didn't actually put my order in when I made it they ended up making a mistake. Again this is why it seems they care more about their numbers than the actual people. At the window they told me I had to drive forward even though I was checking my order for mistakes, which there was a mistake. disappointing experience and the manager here should probably reevaluate their priorities.
