Tee Jaye's Country Place — Restaurant in Jackson Township

We arrived at the restaurant about 1900 we were immediately seated and placed in a booth right directly behind a couple who had already ordered their food and were in the process of eating it was about 15 minutes before someone arrived to take our order I ordered baked potato the grill salmon dinner and a house salad my companions ordered at club sandwich a platter and to how sallets the young lady laugh it took about 20 minutes to brain the house sallets but the house solids were wrong we wondered how to work and you screw up 3 how sallets when they're only 5 persons in the entire restaurant there in number of staff just gathered around sitting at the counter laughing and joking it took another half hour for our meals to arrive and they arrived code we also ordered coffee the coffee was cold and disgusting week 8 our meals and the services very poor I ordered an additional Apple dumpling would I screen that took 20 minutes to come back to me it was Tao approaching 830 so we decided talking that's it we're leaving so we went to go check out I stood at the counter weight I do for someone to come to sorted I could check out that took another 15 minutes meanwhile other staff just stood around in the back and go one lady came up with a Uber eats order and the check that person out and did check me out my bill came to $34.41 I could have gone to another restaurant in added much better service than what I received AT j's grow city Ohio I don't think I will go there any longer this is my OI would seem my 50th visit to this restaurant because we use the frequent TJ side normally go to the 1 on West broad street but we decided the tin this 1 I don't think I will go here anymore I mean it's 1900 and night there 5 persons in the whole restaurant and you can't...

I saw a post about Tee Jaye’s hiring on here and I wanted to put my personal experience on here so everyone knows what they’re signing up for.

When I first applied I waited a few days and then called in because I was told the manager would be there that day. Only to receive news that they lost my application. Which, I’m not mad about, it happens. It was just a little bit annoying to have to fill in all the information again. I was then informed to come in the next 5 days straight for training, in which I was told I would be getting paid and would receive an email to set up direct deposit. I come in the days the manager told me to, still not having an email in my inbox, and work my shifts. The employees there barely payed attention to me and poorly told me what to do. I looked like a poor puppy dog following them around with no attention and grabbing any dirty dishes I could. At some point I was waiting for instruction and I was told by my trainee, “since you’re standing there and doing nothing you might as well just clean all of the tables”. This went on for days until I just couldn’t do it. It didn’t feel like real training, it felt like I was the janitor or something. Keep in mind I have not seen or heard of the manager that interviewed me. So all in all, I never got paid, tips were never shared for the tables I ran drinks to, and cleaned. It was a really upsetting experience I have never felt so uncomfortable in a work place. They were rude and I felt belittled and disrespected, I wished it would have turned out...

You know TJ's is a HomeTown restaurant you go in. You want to get some quality food. They have great breakfast. Wonderful breakfast. Never had any issues with breakfast. Their dinner. On the other hand, tonight I had chicken dinner, mashed potatoes and stuffing the stuffing. You could have puttied the walls with the chicken breasts were so thin zero taste. They weren't even juicy. I couldn't even eat it. I brought it home to my dog . It definitely wasn't worth $14. When you can Go across the street and get a lot more food and better quality cracker barrel. The service was great. The young lady that helped us was wonderful. Kept our drinks full with a smile. Such a pleasure. I think they need to take a look at the products that they're putting out, especially for dinner and make it a little bit more quality. that's just my opinion. I also had dessert coconut cream pie that was more like pudding with whipped cream on top. There was nothing there that could call it a pie. My husband had breakfast and it was looked pretty good so if I ever go back which I highly doubt it. It'll be breakfast Will be my go-to well thank you for reading.
