La-Z-Boy Grove City — Local services in Jackson Township

My last couch and recliner were La-Z-Boy and they lasted 25 years - - - through three kids and two pets. I knew I would have La-Z-Boy again. We came in to the store after doing a bunch of research online to know what we liked and what we wanted. We were met shortly after we came into the store by Matt. Matt was friendly, patient, curious, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions, and went above and beyond, showing me multiple fabrics and styles. We decided what we liked, and came home to measure. Matt reached out via email to let us know what the cost would be. AND he let us spend some time marinating on our choices. He didn’t rush us. We came in a few days later, and he made the purchasing experience, quick and easy. One of the things I appreciated most, is he double and triple checked what we had ordered and the colors! And went over thoroughly the purchase agreement. I would highly recommend La-Z-Boy furniture in Grove city....

My husband and I went to multiple furniture stores in hopes of finally updating our fireplace room. We ended up stoping at la-z-boy and let me tell ya, we went from anything we sat on being barely comfortable, let alone decent looking to, EVERYTHING being sooooooo sharp and beyond comfortable we had a hard time choosing! After a few trips we decided on what we wanted. When I went back the 3rd time to finalize my choices I took my mother-in-law with me. This time I worked with Matt, which he was fantastic! Definitely glad we got to work with him this time around he was way more patient and helpful! He even rearranged furniture so I could make final decisions! He was so great my mother-in-law is going back to work with him. My future was ready the next week even and the delivery guys were fast, professional, and great to work with! All in all a great experience. Totally worth the price for the comfort...

Our experience at La-z-boy was exceptional. They offer such a wide selection of high quality custom furniture. We love all the fabric options. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful....we were impressed with the professional help we received during our initial visit, our home visit and our final selection/purchase. Kudos to Michelle, the interior designer, who worked with us from start to finish! She patiently worked with us through the whole process. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to us and offered great suggestions while not rushing us to make a decision! We can't wait to relax in our new recliners. We will definitely be returning as we have already picked out the fabric for our next furniture purchase. We highly recommend La-z-boy and will continue to be...
