The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Jackson Township

It's currently 3:40P, however, I was unable to purchase lunch today from this store so I would suggest that this location address their lack of communication amongst all team members. When I entered the store I asked the very nice lady in charge of handing out samples if I was able to order lunch and she said yes, they're making sandwiches until 4:00P, so I proceeded to wait in line for approximately 15 minutes or so. When it was my turn I told the young lady at the counter that I wanted to order lunch and she looked at one of the other ladies and they both shared that they weren't serving lunch. Shocked and disappointed I left, I decided to call the store recommend that they place a sign on the door, I spoke with Ms. Marlene who informed me that they're serving lunch until 4:00P, I shared that it was currently 2:50P and told her what had just happened and she said, oh well, I guess the girls decided to close the kitchen down.... I understand that the holiday is amongst us, however, some people are still working and taking lunch breaks. Please communicate with ALL of your staff if you are no longer serving certain things and PLEASE post a sign for those of us on a time crunch and those that aren't as well so that we can find something else, rather than wasting our valuable time in line only to be refused service. Not impressed. I ordered from you for my work Christmas potluck. We ordered the bbq pork roast, which was good, and then I ordered a whole turkey, smoked. They neglected to tell me the turkey was frozen. Which for $80 is ridiculous IMO. Who pays that and still has to do all the work of cooking it? So they did swap it out for 2 of their sliced turkey breast which was 6lbs of meat for $82.00!. Then I went to work and we heated everything up. The turkey tasted straight up like candied ham. I called them and he was pretty unapologetic and told me that's how their smoked turkey comes. They flavor it like Ham for those that don't eat pork??? So, you offer ham, and 3 different types of turkey for it to taste like Ham? I won't order from them again. SCAM!!! I bought the holiday meal deal online back on 11/13/2020 I got it with smoked and roasted turkey. I picked the 7:30 time earliest I could because I live kinda far and work in the afternoon. I get the email I’m good to go at 7:30 I get there and they have a bag of ham. I’m like I got the turkey, then they inform me that they don’t have any turkey and that they knew that information the night before. Didn’t even have the decency to give me a call and let me know that they didn’t have my order, but I drove there and received ham. If I knew that they didn’t actually have turkey for sale I would’ve never chosen this as my thanksgiving dinner but I was SCAMMED!!! I hope this never happens to...
