Lane Bryant — Local services in Jackson Township

Lane Bryant used to have high quality clothes and designs for reasonable prices that I could expect to last. In the last 5-10 years, however, that quality and design has gone down while the prices have went up. I only go there for bras and underwear now and even then the bras aren't great and I'm looking elsewhere so I can stop going here. Some employees are nice and friendly, but there are a couple of older ladies that have worked there for a long time who are unhelpful and seem disgusted at working there. They take their time, ignore you if you try to get their attention, and make any issue with a product or their system seem like it's your fault because you are there. I cannot say enough about Sam that works here! I went in for a return and mentioned that I was in desperate need for new bras. She measured me - I was NOT wearing the correct size at all, not even close. She was SO helpful, made me feel comfortable, and I loved her sweet, spunky personality! She even dug out bras for me in the clearance racks that worked for me! So thankful for her and her amazing customer service! I always dread shopping and she made it such a fun, pleasant experience! Lane Bryant lost a customer for good!! In this environment, when the cost of their clothing is so high, their policies are getting worse and worse. I purchased shirt for 49.00 - original cost was 70.00 which the shirt was not worth. TWO DAYS later - the shirt goes on sale for 50% off - and they would not refund the $14.00 difference because I received a 30% discount originally....OMG!
