BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Terrible service from a very rude man making the orders. He wasn't even making mine but barreled over the girl who was and didn't give her a chance to put sauce on my order because he was helping people behind me. Then blocked her from the sauce area. Then when she tried to get me some they were out of the two sauces I wanted but had one of them in a packet and I said that was fine but when she tried to give me 2 sauces, he butted in and made her change me for one of them.

I pointed out that the sign says you get 2 sauces and he said "corporate changed that". Then he said he'd give them to me but then told the girl tocharge me for them. He gave the girls he was waiting on 2 sauces for each of theirs without extra charge.

To top it off, there were no lids for the soup. I asked for one and they said they didn't have ones to match their soup cups. It spilled all over me.

When i tried to leave feedback on their app, it crashed multiple times. The food wasn't even very good.

I wish I had just left and said forget it when he gave me a hard time but I paid the extra charge. There are so many other good places to eat in Canton and the people are actually nice and not rude.

The reason I didn't is because I brought someone there for the first time and didn't want to make her or the girl who waited on us uncomfortable. She said she wished I had and thought it was a horrible experience and wished we had just gone someplace else.

We got 2 large bowls and 2 small and he only wanted us to have 1 sauce for each. Then he "graciously" allowed one extra for one large bowl but not for the other. It should be 2 sauces for each large bowl and 1 for each small bowl. I had to pay extra to have any sauce for the small bowl. He was also very rude.

My last 2 visits were disturbing. My son asked for a bit more rice and Broccoli 3 tiny pieces and the girl said"No no, that is all we give" I thought this was odd. When paying I asked that girl to please use my rewards and she didn't understand. She didnt speak English well. I asked her again and again. I asked her for cups for drinks. I scanned my app. She just smiled and said Thank you, thank you. It didn't take my rewards. Next visit. All the same people working. Gave my son 3 pieces of Broccoli. I looked at the girl and said can he PLEASE have a few more. "NO NO, we can't" We ended up with half bowls. I look behind us to see a couple who seemed to know the employee well, speaking Spanish, laughing WHILE SHE HEAPED FOOD INTO THEIR BOWLS! Got to the meat HEAPED ON THE MEAT. I looked at her and she looked away. I'm not exaggerating when I say these bowls she made for them were ridiculous. I was mad. Don't tell me my son can't have a few pieces of Broccoli and rice and HEAP food into your friends/families bowls. Got to the register asked the girl to PLEASE scan my App and to help make sure the rewards were used. In broken English she just said" You can scan it. "I did, it didn't take the rewards". I told her, I showed her. She said "I don't know" $34 for 2 half bowls and 2 drinks! Again, looking at our bowls compaired to the friends who were now being pretty much escorted by now 2 friendly employees laughing and talking, being told there is a limited amount and seeing the employees HEAP food into bowls of her family or friends. This place is fantastic! I'll be a regular customer. I just went for the first time a few days after they opened. This restaurant looks super cute and is very clean. They have a really nice diverse menu with a ton of ways to create delicious bowls for vegetarians like me, or vegans. Their entire menu is gluten free to boot! The free miso soup is a really cool bonus and it's delicious. Ordering is easy and fast. The employees were super helpful and patient as well. My group all loved our food, there wasn't a single complaint. Everything tasted fantastic. The sweet potato noodles and their broccoli are especially amazing. Their pricing is great too. For my boyfriend and I to each get a bowl, dessert, and drinks it was about $13 a person including tip. Their drink selection is fantastic too! I especially recommend the hibiscus tea lemonade and the mixed berry omija tea. Both are delicious. I really don't understand the negative reviews talking about portion size or the employees. Their portions are huge and if you want more of something you can ask for it. If you're adding like 12 different ingredients to your bowl it stands to reason that they have to add a smaller amount of each. The employees were super nice and helpful when I came. Someone even offered to go refill our drink for us so we didn't have to get up and they were going table to table checking on everyone.
