Very nice cashier/server. Held the door open for me when I had a lot to carry and was more than happy to answer any questions and was very pleasant. Clean, comfortable interior.

We ordered cookies and brownies. The store is called the Peach Cobbler Factory, so I know we didn’t get the Crown Jewels, but what we did get was very disappointing. The cookies were visually stunning (see attached photo) but flavors and ingredients were lacking hardcore.

Each cookie itself is the same base cookie; a soft sugar cookie that falls apart pretty easily, and acts as vessel for the toppings. The pasty white icing on each cookie was fine, but it was just a plain flavor on each cookie that did not complement the theme of the cookies cohesively. But the toppings leave a lot to be desired… Canned cherry topping for the cherry cordial cookie, and the chocolate sauce was definitely generic Hershey’s style chocolate sauce from a squeeze bottle. For $30 we got 6 cookies and they were rather large, which I wasn’t expecting. But for $30 I thought we’d get a bit more flavor and “wow” factor. The flavors weren’t great and we felt let down.

The brownies are not fudgy, and were quite dry. I ordered two plain brownies and also the chocolate chocolate chip brownie. The double chocolate chip brownie was a let down; oil based whipped topping and the same dismal Hershey’s chocolate sauce on top along with mini chocolate chips was not a great combo. It is worth mentioning that the menu specifies the brownies as have whipped cream, but it’s not whipped cream, it is whipped topping made with oil. For $9 per speciality brownie, it was a massive disappointment to have a dry/caky brownie with suboptimal ingredients.

We would probably order again, but only to try the cobblers and waffles. The cookies and brownies are definitely not...

The cookies are 6.00 each. Very, very sweet with all the extras on them, not for us. Brownies 9.00 each good but not great. The other menu items are equally expensive. Very small portions for the price for the cobblers and really everything but the cookies and brownies. The ice cream was simply not anything to consider special and again the prices of the shakes are too high. I always wonder why these franchises don't do a bit better on the research for the areas they are thinking of opening in. We are in Canton Ohio, not New York, or LA. There is too much competition at much lower prices with larger portions in this Belden Village area. These prices are not for this area and sadly that will be very hard for this business to overcome and to have longevity in my opinion. I really hope they can thrive and reframe to be more competitive for this area of Ohio. Very clean, not much "atmosphere" but how much could there be in a little desert shop ? Good signage, and posters. Ample seating and parking. They may need a little more staff training on product knowledge and customer service but they are...

Came here as part of our mommy son date night experience. He read the mixed reviews and wanted to try it for himself and be the judge. We got the ice cream flight which has the option of 3 different vanilla ice cream and toppings combos. I really wanted something with peach but that wasn't an option we tried adding peach to the pecan option but the kitchen just didn't see the note or something. We enjoyed all 3 though the oreo, pecan, and banana pudding.

There was a group sitting at a large table which made it very loud in there. Id suggest some sound absorption panels to fix that issue.

We will be back to try some other options. My son enjoyed it I wasnt completely wowed but we only got the ice cream woth toppings so we need to try some more to really get the idea.

Over all very kind staff and clean facility with lots of yummy options for all...

I was excited to check out The Peach Factory, but the overall quality just didn’t live up to the hype. Most of the items we tried were extremely sugary, and not in a balanced or satisfying way—just overly sweet for the sake of it. There were tons of options, but quantity seemed to come at the expense of quality. The ice cream was especially underwhelming, lacking both flavor and texture. If I had to choose something to recommend, it would be the cobblers—they’re clearly the main draw here. We also tried a cookie that was unbearably sweet and not enjoyable at all. Between the overly sugary treats and the mediocre quality, I won’t be returning.

Wow, oh wow, were our treats terrific and very nice to be able to get these home style treats so easily and near home. The owner was super nice, and they even "made an extra cobbler shake" and offered it to us! 💜 I personally see the portion to cost ratio as par for the course, as we've tried many of the niche places and you enjoy a sweet treat (that you know you're not gonna take the time to make at home) and pay for such an experience. I believe we actually walked away, spending far less than many of the other places.
