It was my first time coming to this McDonald's and I came here highly disappointed on what I experience here. The food, drinks, maintenance and the employees that was out and about or boses was not a pleasant experience. Useally McDonald burger buns are sweet and toasted but these burger buns was tasteless, the burgers was pink, greezy and fat hanging in and on the burgers. Useally the burgers at McDonald's taste Welly baked, cooked the flesh isn't pink, no greezy burger meat and it had the McDonald's taste, this burger had no taste. The french fries was hard and didn't taste like much like a french fried and the Coca-Cola tasted like soap and it didn't even taste like soda. I got another soda and it still was bad. I've gotten a Sprite and that didn't tasted nothing even close to fake Sprite or just the original Sprite, luckily this soda didn't taste like soap but the taste was unidentified. I spent about $30 and something cents on my food and it wasn't worth the amount I washed that day. I still hate my food because I spent so much on it I couldn't have the food a waste. The out and about workers using bad language and very loud spoken when they are very close to each other. The place wasn't full but was busy with drive thru but these workers just was standing around joking and flipping a person outside off. It was dirty conditions, it wasn't disgustingly dirty but having these workers out joking about stuff could of clean around the area, the tables and seats as well for floors was messy and greasy. When I was there getting a drink was difficult tense a while machine was out of service but that is fine but what would have gran if they putted a sign that this medicine did not work at all, they just had customers trying to get a beverage with ice and they get disappointed or angry that it didn't work so they have to wait a line of scattered people trying to get something to drink from the other machine. And saying all of this I want to say I love McDonald's and I know it's not a place to expect much from but when a McDonald's was made to be a McDonald's and nothing more than that and having this McDonald's not even taste nor smell like a McDonald's when you walked in is sad and I was very disappointed because I love McDonald's food and thier restaurant. I won't ever be...
Read moreI usually just get sweet tea here , because I don't really care for their food or most of their employees there. This McDonald's has a very high employee turnover. There's only 5 or 6 that have worked there for some time. Those employees usually give you good service, the rest have attitudes like they don't even want to be there. I recently went there to get one of their two pattie specialty burgers, a large sweet tea and a large fry. When I got home, I opened the bag to only find that they failed to give me burger with double patties, they gave me only one pattie on my burger The following day I went to McDonalds and l explained that I was shorted one pattie the night before and it only had one pattie on it instead of two. I had my receipt and gave it to the employee at the register and explained what happened , and she took it back to a shift manager that was there when I place my order. He started telling the cook about the order and to be sure that two beef patties were on it. The main Store manager( Jose) was there and told the cook to only make the burger with only one pattie. I got the shift managers attention and told him that I objected to what the main store manager said. He came up to the counter and I explained what happened and his comeback was I'm giving you your extra burger now. I objected to that because I had to drive back to town ( about 4 miles) to come back here for you to rectify you stores mistake . He said you got your burger last night didn't you ? I said that I ordered a burger with two patties of meat, but only got one pattie on it. He wanted to argue the matter saying again that he was giving me the same sandwich that I got the night before at no cost, so you will have gotten the two patties that you paid for. My arguement was that I wanted two patties on one burger, why can't you understand that I ordered it that way for a reason, his reply was that I could take it or leave it. So after going through that ordeal, I don't recommend anyone going to that restaurant. Poor management and employees. But there's a possibility that the employees that have bad attitudes, could be because the main store manager ( Jose ) has a poor...
Read moreMy food was fine and arrived quickly. The poor guy who arrived over five minutes before me and ordered using the kiosk had to come up and re-order, which is typical at many local McDonald's locations. The team member also ignored him when he came up to the counter so that she could treat me with a surprisingly high level of disdain. Nothing extreme: asking, "What did you say?" in an irritated tone. Just attitude, I guess. As is common, all tables had not been cleaned for some time, though the garbage cans had been emptied since breakfast. I tried two different carbonated soda from the side-by-side machines. Both were warm. Both lacked carbonation. I am pretty sure there was no running water in the men's bathroom at the sink, or else there was some kind of trick that needs to be posted to the mirror. Soap dispenser might have been filled with hand sanitizer...at least I convinced myself of that. One employee was discussing her child or loved on vomiting as she walked out for her break, just as I finished my sandwich. Luckily for me, there's a 30 minute time limit for dining in, so that's all I had time to catch. It was still better than the McDonald's at monument and McCormick, though that is not saying much. This was not during the lunch...
