RIP Cinnabon Christmas Eve tradition of getting Cinnabon is sadly come to an end.
They let everyone sit in line for 30 minutes only to tell everyone in line that ALL the cinnamon buns that we watched them bake were not for sale.
Sorry management, and the employees didn't care and were clearly just tired of serving people. It would have been kind to tell all of us that what we were watching them make we could not buy and not to talk to us as if we were stupid. It was 430 pm when I left.
So from 4pm to 430pm I was a trusting customer and now idiot sitting in line patiently waiting for the cinnamon buns. I was watching them pull out of the oven and fill up the counter space, surely we were all in line for a treat. It seems cruel and petty to let us watch you work and not tell us we were unable to purchase anything, but at least this year, I will try to make my own, and Cinnabon can continue to flounder as a franchise.
RIP Cinnabon, we had so many good years together. You obviously do not need any more business.
On the upside, I learned how to make cinnamon buns even better than the ones they make and with all real whole ingredients. So maybe my gift from Cinnabon this year after decades of buying rolls is that they gave me inspiration to 1 up them, and now my family has started a new tradition.
So, as I said, RIP Cinnabon, we have moved on...
Read moreThe rating is a 0 Upon my arrival at Cinnabon no employees were present for at least 3min while I waited for someone to appear. The Employee Destiny She was at a kiosk across talking with the employees without noticing I’m there for about 3 min waiting for service.
She came over very rude. Didn’t greet me at the counter. I asked if there were any minis and she just pointed.
I asked how she was doing because she didn’t greet me. I asked her name she looked and I asked again then she told me. I asked if there was a manager. She stated we don’t have a manager. I then asked to get the corporate number she refused and said I don’t know it.
She proceeded to yell out is there a problem. I told her yes that her customer service wasn’t up to the standards of Cinnabon. She said well I don’t have to serve you. She told be I better leave before she gets security to kick me out. Security came over and asked me what happened as I was taking with security she butted in and Interrupted several times. I told security that if Cinnabon knew the type of behavior and customer service that has been displayed by Destiny I’m sure they would not approve...

This “manager” was having a bad day, and had gone off on another customer prior to serving my dad. My dad went and made a 20 minute line AFTER he placed an order for pick up online, and this “manager” told my father with a poor attitude “you need to go to the back of the line” after my dad had already made the line. My dad made the line twice and by the time my dad got to get served he told him to make the line again instead of serving the pre ordered order. My dad finally got fed up and requested a refund and the “manager” refused to help and instead called security. He had a disgusting attitude, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. If he is unable to work under stress he should not be in customer service. My father still has not been refunded for his order and will be calling corporate.
The manager did not know the difference between online delivery and online AND delivery. Uneducated and unprofessional. What a joke. Pictures will be shown to corporate Since we were unable to...
