Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is from 3 different consecutive days as I set out to redeem my pizza craze with 1 pizza a day for my 2,000 calories per day. Each time I ordered extra sauce well done. 2 of them was the Newyork style and 1 was the epic cheese stuff crust. When I walk in the building they was like he’s back i heard them I guess mumbling that I guess they don’t like me or something… but I’m totally disappointed dissatisfied. Feel like I waste my time… ya know. I take it serious. I ate it only cause.. but bouy. For me it’s not worth it. Barely eatable. They didn’t honor my request for sauce or cheese or well done baked. I didn’t tip. I guess that might what it could be about… but this is a takeout… sauce was on one slice of the whole pizza making it basically like bread and cheese expect that 1 slice. Cheese pizza. As doesn’t eat meat. This is the closest location near my home! 1st day was good. As you can tell which one was the first. 2,000 calories per day wasted… day wasted. Whole pizza was all ate for entire day. So. I’m just disappointed not mad. IF WANT A TIP. GOT TO EARN THE TIP. I know ya know people probably rely on tips. But people shouldn’t. That’s how I feel. Shouldn’t rely on tip. Rely on doing good service doing good business. Being a decent person being a consistent person to where your the same person everyday regardless of. So that shows what type your dealing with. Bad bunnies....

Ordered a pizza for delivery- ordered about 6 items. When it was delivered we received one small pizza for someone in a completely different part of town, we tried calling in and we’re placed on hold for 30+ minutes. We decided to drive to the restaurant to see what was going on and every single employee was sitting in front of a TV and there was a baby running around behind the counter. We showed them the order we received and they asked what we wanted them to do. Obviously we would like our 60 dollar order. So she made us repeat everything in our order and just placed it back in to remake the order. The manager came over and I asked if we would get a refund for everything and he said no— were making a new one now free of charge, I said not really free of charge because I paid for it and never got it? He said if you had called I would have sent one out for free. I said … I did call and was on hold for thirty minutes and he was like well there’s nothing I can do. Not really sure what else to say other than that but it was an extremely dirty papa johns and the baby was throwing the pizza boxes all over the floor while we were there so I’m not even sure I feel comfortable eating any of the food I’m getting. I would have just gotten a refund but again… no one would answer the phone. Idk how this papa johns is still in business. Next call will likely be to the...

Well yesterday we ordered pizza around 9pm ish and online straight from papa John’s (no delivery company) and order was being “prepared for over an hour” which strange so called to check the status and then was told by store manager that the order had been cancelled by door dash and we did not receive a call nor was the status updated online. After explaining the frustration to the store manager she couldn’t tell us her name or a corporate number to complain. So today my husband went to the store in person to complain as no solution or compensation made last night and lady at the store was very sweet and had him order and told him they would have it delivered within a hour or so and that was 7:00 pm so around 8:19 pm and we hadn’t heard from the delivery driver or store we called and the store sent out the pizza at 7:34pm and showed delivered at 8:10pm. Well now 8:56 pm and we have cold food because the store nor door dash who they had deliver again called to say they dropped it off or we’re headed our way. I understand everyone is struggling with staffing but I’d rather order knowing I need to pick up in order to get our food or even warm food! ❤️ A...
