I saw this kiosk at Willow Grove mall ( I thought it was affiliated with the cheesecake lady) and purchased a banana pudding cheesecake. When I gave the young African American male my card to pay he asked if it was a snap card which I think is food stamps. I said no I work as a nurse I don’t get snap. It was just really ignorant of him to even ask if it was a snap card. On top of that the cheesecake wasn't even good, it was very soft and mushy like it hadn’t set or something (definitely not the cheesecake lady on Township Line Rd). This place deserves 0 stars for customer service and horrible mushy cheese cake that tasted like cleaning products and had to go in the trash.

This is in response to the owner who responded to my review. First of all you're really defensive and in denial over my honest review. I have no reason to write a “fake review” as I’m all for supporting small businesses. You seem like you can’t handle the truth which is really sad since you’re trying to promote your business. When I walked by this kiosk there were around 4 young African American males there. I said nothing about you taking snap, I said the young male asked if it was a snap card maybe because of the way it looks I don’t know ask your worker about that. Like I posted I’m a nurse and don’t have anything to do with snap, or the Cheesecake Lady and I didn’t say this had any affiliation with the Cheesecake Lady, the cheesecakes from this kiosk look similar to hers, but the one I purchased was very mushy and nasty like cleaning chemicals or something inedible and I threw it in the trash. Not everyone’s experience is going to be what you want to hear and being in denial with a bad attitude isn’t going to change anything. There was no reason to call to voice my complaint or resolve anything because I’m never buying anything...

PLUS 10 MORE STARS!!! I was waiting for my phone to get fixed and while i was doing tha, instead of leaving the mall i walked around and came across this Black Owned Business..I noticed the cheesecakes and automatically thought "oh they gonna be expensive"....OMG they aren;t!!!! Reasonably priced and affordable on top of it...I bought the Strawberry crunch and cherry one and a Vanilla Pudding....I ate the Vanilla Pudding and it was just enough sweetness and flavor in it...So glad I came across this BBO establishment...great job, work and I hope you open one up in Montgomery Mall or a little shop by itself...

To the person in the below review..Christine Carlin thinking these are not worth it and CCF is way better??? Let me see you out do Kresha in the making of her Cheesecakes?? If you can;t, then please be quiet and stay at that expensive over priced one sliver of pie for 15.00 on up Cheesecake at CCF...Kresha"s pies are a lot bigger and really worth the price of CCF sliver prices if we are going to be real here...but for the amount one gets, its perfectly priced and...

Despite the dessert being delicious, I was extremely disappointed in the service provided by the man who I interacted with in the food truck at the Towers at Wyncote Apartments. Extremely stand-offish and kept me waiting for nearly 30 minutes for my transaction to go through on his phone. Wouldn’t provide me any updates of what he was doing and I had to keep inquiring to see if my Apple Pay went through on his end of the transaction. Overall, super shady interaction and not something I was trying to experience while attempting to support a small business. Customer service needs to be prioritized for a small LLC like this one and unfortunately it just wasn’t the case. I typically don’t write these type of reviews but I just don’t want others to experience the lack of service I just went through all for...
