I placed an order for fried chicken at 8:00 PM. After waiting for an hour and a half(should be arrived within 30min), the delivery was finally shown to be arriving. However, I received a call from the store stating that they had made a mistake and asked me to return the order—even though I hadn't received anything yet!
By that time, it was almost 10:00 PM. I was experiencing mild low blood sugar and had no food at home. Instead of offering a solution, they casually told me to “return” an order I never received and said I would have to wait again for a new delivery to be sent out.
When I insisted on canceling the order due to this incompetence, the representative avoided the issue and stopped responding. To make matters worse, the platform later attempted to charge me for two tips, as if I had received two orders—which I never did.

I ordered the Large Golden Original, and what I received looked and tasted more like soggy, greasy popcorn chicken. It was a floury, oily mess — I couldn’t even tell if I was eating a wing, thigh, or drumstick (look at the photos yourself ) . After just a few pieces, I felt sick. That’s how bad it was.
On top of that, the portion sizes are completely inconsistent — sometimes small, sometimes big — and there seems to be no standard. This isn’t just a one-time slip-up. It’s been a repeated problem, and frankly, it feels like no one is even trying.
