Enfes — Restaurant in Jersey City

My pictures don’t do justice for how amazing their food truly is. Today was my first time and I am completely in love. The food was so fresh, made to order, and the portion you get for the price is unbelievable. This is perfect for anyone who is looking for a home style cooked meal during their lunch time. It has an amazing flavor and you feel full after. The customer service experience was amazing. Everyone is super friendly. Rachel’s interaction was above and beyond with every single customer. She is so warm and makes you feel so at home and part of her family. She takes time to explain the menu, what it contains, and she is so considerate for everyone’s spicy tolerance or food concerns. The place is immaculate as well and she changes her gloves as she makes the meals. Truly such an amazing person. She was super kind and offered dessert as well. The food is absolutely fantastic. I get the middle eastern every time I go in with a side of lentil soup. (It’s a lot of food but I take half home for dinner) I tried the combo they offer that comes with a lentil and bean salad paired with a falafel and It’s amazing! The woman who runs the stand is so amazingly nice every time I go up to the counter and the way she gets excited about you ordering her food is honestly heart warming you can tell she really cares about the food she makes and that you enjoy it :’) I told her I loved her food and she did a little dance and being a construction worker surrounded by cry baby “tough guys” all day it’s exactly what I need to decompress on my break. Enfes Mediterranean Restaurant truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warmth and friendliness. Not only was the service quick, but every dish, from the delectable hummus to the savory gyro wrap, was bursting with flavor. The restaurant boasts ample indoor seating, but the outdoor seating has an great view of the NYC skyline along the Hudson River. I couldn't imagine a more perfect dining experience.
