Came here on a weekend day for a late lunch. Restaurant was not that busy with a few empty tables. Ordered by ourselves by scanning a QR code. Food was delicious, but unfortunately, service was horrendous.
Kid dropped chopsticks on the floor. No staff available to replace chopsticks. We wiped them down ourselves. No extra napkins available either. Also, for our ordered dish, an accompanying bowl of rice was missing, we had to flag down a waiter (again no one available) to ask for it. The staff who came over counted items on our table (rude and insulting). It’s a bowl of rice. Do you really think for a meal that cost $150+, we are trying to con you a bowl of rice?
