Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Johns Creek

I usually enjoy Chili's, but my most recent experience really made me question if I should return. I placed a curbside order at 8:30 PM, and the order said it would be ready around 9:04-9:09 and I didn't get it until 9:50 PM. I had to call 3 times over the 50 minutes I waited, to which each time they answered annoyingly that it was on the way out. I saw a bag of food sitting on the counter, untouched for 40 minutes while workers were standing around. After the third call, they brought that bag out to me. When I went inside to rightfully complain to the manager and explain the situation, the first thing he said to me was "Do you want a refund?" I watched the customer who came in right before me also complain about the delay and was given $10 off coupons and sent away nicely. The manager offered me coupons too to send me quickly away, but that's not what I came to talk to him for. So disrespectful and rude. No apologies, but just trying to get rid of me. I was already patient enough to wait for my dinner over 40 minutes after it said it'd be ready and was courteous to call 10 minutes after each time in case they were busy. Didn't need that terrible attitude. The first thing you should say when a customer has something rightful to complain about is "SORRY."

UPDATE: Tried to give them another try and ordered to-go carry out this time. Food was cold and scarcely portioned. My steak is literally about the size of a mini hand sanitizer bottle and was RAW!!!!! There was blood on my broccoli. Margarita chicken was three tiny slices thrown on a sprinkle of chips. Did not include silverware and is missing items...

September 21st- So first of all there was ONE person working at 1:30 during lunch. I understand that a lot of places are short staffed I didn’t have an issue with that I get it, it was the fact that the girl was SO incredibly rude to me. I had my two year old with me and all of the floor tables in the bar area were taken and there were a few booth but they were up on step where a high chair would not reach. I asked if she would mind if we sat in the other room because there would be no place for my child to sit and she rolled her eyes at me and goes “well I’m the only person here so I can’t guarantee how your service is going to be and I probably won’t be able to check on you so you’ll have to bear with me” I said okay that’s fine like i totally understand. She goes to sit us and I’m trying to get my child acquainted and to sit down while she’s taking my drink order and i apologized and she rolled her eyes at me again for the second time and then stomps off afterwards. I just got up and left it was very clear she did not want to be there. I worked in the restaurant industry for 5 years so I understand what it’s like to have a lot on your plate but she had a terrible nasty attitude and probably needed to just work in the kitchen where she doesn’t have to deal with any customers. Soon they won’t be needing to hire anyone else because there will not be any customers because their staff is so unpleasant....

I frequent here on my lunch break about 3 days a week. I had an issue with the fries one day and was able to get them replaced. Today I had some not so fresh fries but I was still able to eat them. I order some to go fries (I love fries) and asked for them to be fresh cause the first was not that fresh. I was told by the waitress that they had just come out. I said they taste like yesterday’s fries heated up but still okay. The waitress ( Alyssa) then said so not that fresh okay gotcha. I have my to go fries and they are horrible. The fact they really gave me these fries is highly inconsiderate. I’m trusting you with the food that I AM PAYING FOR! I didn’t ask for free or a hook up. Spending my well earned funds on food. I more than likely won’t be there again. The Wednesday waitress (idk her name) left a bad taste in my mouth when I sat at the bar as I always do and ordered fries to go. She wouldn’t take my order and told me to go to the window. I just looked at her then left cause clearly I’m sitting here cause I’m getting a drink as well but she assumed I only want fries. If the food establishment can’t give you fresh fries? Imagine the rest of the food. I love their fries I also told Alyssa I’ve way better fries from here but “okay”. I’m disappointed.
