After 2 years, I thought I would try it again with the kids. What a big mistake! I ordered a #5, which includes 2 large pizzas. I upgraded to large $3.00 more each pizza also added stuff crust $3.00 more each pizza. Also comes with a big cookie. Took almost an hour to get my food. And that was me asking for it. They put an extremely hot pan up for the customer to grab their pizza to get burnt. One of my pizzas was supposed to be sausage. I received it 1/2 sausage and 1/2 cheese and not the size I ordered. They said they could fix it, and it would take 5 minutes. If that's the case, why did it take almost an hour to get my order to begin with? We took a corner table. I asked them to clean it because it still had food remnants on it. They asked, then, why did you take that spot? Largest table to accommodate us. Why would you ask this question??? Employers behind the counter were on their phones. One customer was at the front waiting to be waited on. There's nothing good here. Never again! Never got my cookie. Got a couple of brownie things in place of it. For crappy service food and 1, 1 hr play card, I paid $104.00. Not worth it!

I haven’t went into this Chuckie E Cheese in years so I’m so glad I stopped By today😊 I last Remember it being not so clean and disorganized. Staff were okay but they just always seemed like they didn’t want to be there 😕 BUT NOW…. The place has been renovated and is more modern. Looks clean and organized. ✨ Above all, I was Attended by two amazing workers. Both men were so friendly, respectful and professional. 😎 One of the gentleman’s name is Jamal. They were both attentive and asked me if my food was okay. I was served with a smile and I appreciate the attentiveness. 👍🏼 This place has stepped it up. The current staff really cares about their jobs and their smile and the atmosphere shows it! THANK YOU for the wonderful experience🙏🏼😊

I've been to about 5 different Chuck E Cheese locations across the United States. This one is my favorite in my local area. I think this one is better than the Tinley Park one because the bathrooms are cleaner and roomier. They also have sinks to accommodate shorter people. My only gripe is that when I was that the photo machine was out of paper. Every time I go to a CEC location, there's also a problem with these games/machine. We like to get a photo every time we go. The two locations I've mentioned have a jump area that is not open to the public and they probably won't be open anytime soon. I think local safety regulations require something and it just seems like a waste of space. I wish they were in use.

I just felt extremely compelled to write this review espessially after seeing my wife so emotionally hurt by the way we were treated at this location .im extremely dissapointed in chucke cheese for the inconvienience and treatment we were given today .they have sensory sundays for special needs children and we have been going since the beginning of the program and times chucke cheese had designated for this .we pulled up today to a full parking lot, and all the lights on and loud machines ,which is the opposite of usual for this sensory sunday ...asked to dim lights and turn down volume of machines 3 times.. till it was slightly altered for our children ,i believe the uncaring managers name was adrianna, if im not mistaken ..i couldnt understand why special needs was put 2 the side till i noticed 2 partys walk in. And get great service and catered to while us, and the other sensory sensitive childrens wishes were ignored completely ...this was sensory sunday and felt like the manager didnt care for anything but the extra business ...she did NOT apoligize not once for the way we were treated at this location after ourselves and other familys were trying as hard as possible to help our children as they were freaking out by the large party... crowd ....loud games.... bright lights this is not how an establishment who promotes sensory sundays treats children or familys its hard enough on a daily basis for familys with extra needs children... and to see false hope of the children really enjoying something.. then getting it taken from them for no reason is just unbelievable there used to be a girl working here named april who was great with everyone who understood the importance and sensitivity with these extra sensitive children and was told by the current manager she was fired and isnt working here anymore several times wow is that the answer given for choosing to not care for sensory children sunday, and book partys to get rid of our children 9 to 11 is designated sensory time but she opened the doors to partys and general public it seemed by 9am and its just soooo sad and dissapointing to see this happen to these children ....one of our friends with sensory sensitive children were commented to by a customer refering to thier child being normal and not our friends so to play another game ....what in the world seems right about that its just emotionally unreal ..thank u chucke cheese for backing out on these children who looked soooo forward to having this time and enjoyed it sooo much to be able to play without all the harshness of everyday situations that make things difficult for them ...thanx...

I have been here several times over the past 4 years...I have seen a lot of changes over that time. Today, though we enjoyed ourselves.... It was actually a horrible experience. It was busy but everybody was keeping to themselves except when you needed help with a broken machine or standing at the front counter waiting to order pizza or beer or tried to redeem your tickets for prizes.... You were unable to find anyone or you found someone that couldn't help you and apologize that they just couldn't do anything.I waited 40 minutes and had asked three times for someone to assist with a jammed up machine.I finally made my own out of order sign and applied it to the machine since the employee wouldn't even do that and children kept losing their coins. I couldn't get reimbursed for the machine either. at one point there was a very kind front the scale but she was extremely slow and the line was almost going out the door for people trying to get food or beer. but their policy is a little ridiculous as I was trying to purchase a beer for me and my mother so I needed a ID for each of us and I only had one family in front of us and it took a good 20 minutes then she had to ring up the two beers separately... It was just very time consuming. When my four-year-old redeemed all four tickets she was short about 50 tickets (and mind you that the ticket redemption machine kept miscounting my tickets and had got jammed up , so we were shorted) my daughter was being charged $0.53 to redeem the remainder of her tickets for a dinosaur (about the size of a quarter)....I gave the manager my credit card to run that $0.53 which was the most ridiculous thing... especially since I saw them throwing other toys at other kids left and right though they didn't have the proper amount of tickets. It's unfortunate, I live extremely close to this Chuck-E-Cheese, but I'm just blown away with our experience today... Don't expect to see me coming back spending anymore of my money Pizza, beer,...

I am very upset because the system failed while I was there causing me to wait longer. I get home and find out that I was charged twice. I call the next morning and they tell me that there is nothing that they can do from the store and that I have to call corporate. I call the first number it is toll free number and only have options for solicitation for other things. I call the store back they give me a different number that tells me that the they are not open until Monday. I call the store back and they say that it is nothing that they can do and to call the number back Monday. I feel that if this had been happening like the manager said then there should have been some kind of plan in place to replace people money. I also felt that they should be the one handling this issues with payment. I shouldn't as a customer have to play phone tag with so many people in order to get a refund. I felt that the person that I was on the phone with was annoyed and so was I due to the fact that she never once asked for my name or number so that she can call back and check to see if the situation was resolved. I feel that this once again shouldn't be the responsibility of the customer to have to call multiple numbers to get a refund. It is very annoying due to the fact that I came to your establishment and shouldn't have to call to get this settled. I feel that doesn't take into consideration if I have to work and my business hours correspond with those hours. Secondly it doesn't take into consideration that it is a family establishment so if I have a family and almost 100 dollars is taken out of my account. Is your establishment going to pay for over draft fees and other issues with banking. This has been a horrible experience and I don't think that I will go to another chuck e cheese and if I do I will make sure that I bring cash because this is ridiculous and as a customer I feel that I should be treated...
