Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge — Restaurant in Jupiter

We been going to Kilwins for years and probably spend most of life eating explains our sweet tooth. Anyways giving 1 star not because of Ice cream but the way we were treated and service. My hand was full with kids hoodie, left over food, my bag, phone and 2 kids keep asking for ice cream. The young guy behind counter gave my son ihis ce cream without wiping sides while l was giving my 2nd child ice cream and my son ice cream was spilling on the side and the guy behind counter didn’t wipe the cup. The entire cup fell on the floor and when I went to the register he charged us for the spilled ice cream. Usually if it was dropped before you pay then they shouldn’t charge but that was not the problems. This guy charged us and when I said oh you going to charge me he came back with sarcastic remarks saying oh you didn’t pay for these other ice cream either too and shrug his shoulder like saying that I don’t care. I was in shock that such a young gentleman can be so rude to me. So moving forward I will not be going here and will go 30 miles out if I have Kilwins craving. Terrible service and only reason I am writing review is for store manager to see his attitude. Please feel free to reach out to me and I will delete this review. Took my daughters to the movie theater in Jupiter on Saturday and we decided to get an ice cream. Stopped in at Kilwins. Totally over priced ice cream-- 2 ice creams nearly cost $20. But to add insult to injury, the ice cream my daughter had eaten 2 bites of, dropped on the floor as she was taking it from the counter. The young lady gave us another having seen that we were still IN the store and that it was on the floor. As we thanked her and turned away to leave, she said "that will be $8". We were surprised. We paid anyway--didn't make a fuss. She said, its the store policy. Its a bad one. I could understand if we made it all the way to the car or most of the ice cream was eaten, but neither was the case. I called the store and was told there was no manager to speak to as the manager is on vacation for several weeks. And was told its a 'you break it, you bought it policy". I will go somewhere, where they appreciate a repeat customer and do the right thing rather than what these people did. Great--you got an extra $8, rather than a repeat customer. We won't...

Our family recently visited Kilwin’s in Jupiter, FL, and had a pleasant experience overall. The ice cream was definitely the highlight of my visit. The flavors were rich and creamy, with a wide variety to choose from. Each scoop was delicious and satisfying, making it a great treat on a hot day.

The staff were also commendable. They were friendly, attentive, and quick to serve, which made the visit enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming attitude added a nice touch to the overall experience.
