Night Goat Barbecue — Restaurant in Kansas City

Before leaving Kansas City, I stopped by Night Goat Barbecue. I will say this, you have never had smoked top blade (as most places call flat iron) it is amazing. I feel like it’s all the best parts of the brisket flat. Meaty, moist and beefy. The one here at Night Goat BBQ was perfectly Smoky and peppery. If I had the choice to order by the pound. I know I would have gotten a whole 1/2 to myself lol. On top of that the smoked pork belly taco was delicious. A great flour tortilla blanketing it into my mouth. Every bite of the jalapeño cheddar sausage was a burst of cheese in my mouth. And the cheesy grits were simple but delicious. I wish they had a shirt for Night Goat in my size (only had Smalls which with how much bbq I eat is hard to be lol). Def a great last stop...

This place was really good! They had smoked flat iron which was super tender with a perfect smoke ring. The pulled pork was delicious too. I was able to attend a themed lunch here with infused BBQ and it was easily one of the most unique dining experiences I've ever had...
