Saturday 11:15am, no line, feeling good and we tipped 20%. We ordered one large black house coffee and one large house coffee with half and half. (both medium brew) We were told it will be a few minutes as a new batch was getting started. That is completely fine, who wouldnt want fresh coffee right? Within seconds it was called for ready. Slightly puzzeled and surprised, mine was dark(ish) with a slight flavor, the second drink we returned immediately as it was essentially water. I could tell where this was going immediately I said "take your time we know its a fresh brew." She grumbled but replaced it with another dark(er) pour a few moments later. The employee (female) was uneventful, not customer service barista material and should not be in this line of customer care. We wished the coffee was good, it wasnt.
