I made a reservation here on July 16th. My guest and I arrived on time and checked in on the first floor at the elevator and was told to have a seat. We then watched a couple walk up to the hostess behind us who didn't have a reservation get escorted to the elevator and let them go up to the bar ahead of us. We were called to head to the elevator shortly after and headed up. After arriving up to the bar, we checked in with the hostess and were escorted to our table and that was it! After waiting for 25 minutes for a waiter and watching numerous groups of people arriving after us get seated, greeted, and waited on, I proceeded to stop a waitress and ask who was supposed to help us and she replied that someone would be there! After 10 more minutes I then walked and found the person who seated us and asked what was the problem and why we were not being served and she replied, "oh ill just come bring you some water to get you started and someone will be with you shortly". She then walked right past our table two more times and wouldn't even look at us! Shortly after, the person I stopped and asked first if someone was going to help us came over and said "I guess I'll just take you order".    Read moreI love the vibes and the host was amazing and the atmosphere is great. The oysters and wagyu sliders are always delicious. Came in on a slower Sunday evening (4/23) maybe seven till nine waited absolutely too long for service. I just think as a server with people who want to drink the server would want to rack up a bill for a higher tip, that wasnât the case. We wanted to order more and spend more but wasnât even given the opportunity. I can put up with absolutely slower service but attitude? On top of the attitude when it came time for the bill did not even ask how we wanted to be split up. Just assume and when she gave us our bills, they were wrong and our server (Jenny) said âyou guys can just Venmo each other.â I just think that was rude. One of my friends ordered two plates of food and received no bill and she literally looked at my friend and said you didnât order anything⌠I just think for a nicer roof top place service should be as nice as the atmosphere. I rarely ever give bad reviews but I never get time off to spend with friends .. I just didnât have a good experience as I expected. And I donât think asking for good or even mediocre service at a nice upscale place that people spend good money is asking for too much.    Read moreIâm normally too lazy to ever write a review, but my experience was so bad I had to share today. We came in for my friends birthday and the host told us to walk around to find a seat. We found a seat and waited about 30 mins as multiple waiters/waitresses walked straight past our table. There was even one time I waived to grab a waitresses attention and she looked us in the eyes, half stepped in our direction as if she were about to ask our table if we wanted any drinks or anything and then completely walked off in another direction. Ignored again. It finally came to the point where the table next to us were attempting to assist us in grabbing any staff members attention. Finally, the manager Travis, decided to come talk to our table and talked to us with pure aggression as we simply asked if we could get a waiter for our table (after patiently waiting for 30+ minutes with all staff purposely ignoring eye contact with my table). We remained respectful even after Travis came to us with aggression and rude remarks instead of simply doing his job of helping customers spend money at this establishment.
