Your products are amazing and you have a great selection. The staff is why I am leaving such a poor review. We were in town from Texas and came in 10 minutes till closing. I’ve worked retail so I understand at the end of the day you want to leave. However, we were leaving town before the store opened the next day so this was our only time. I explained that to the girl who rudely stuck two fingers in my face and said they were closing in two minutes. She said well if you want anything then you better check out now. She then proceeded to talk about me to her coworkers where they all laughed and said well we aren’t waiting. They literally had to wait an extra 5 minutes and during that time they turned away 5 other customers. There were 4 girls working and the only one who was nice was a young African American girl. The others were too busy socializing and sitting behind the counter. I spent nearly $300. I can’t imagine the amount of sales you all lost. Super disappointed!!! I would have bought more but they made it very clear they wanted us out! I’d have come in earlier but was at the chiefs game for my dads...

This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered a product on November 3rd that was supposed to be shipped 3 days later. Its been a month and no item, update or anything. When I call using the number on the website its a wrong number. When I looked up the correct number the customer service agents just tell me we don't know when you're going to get your item that you paid for, we have no idea when it might ship and if you don't like you can cancel your order. So after a month of waiting with no notifications from them they tell me I am SOL. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I should have read the reviews, but they were one of the few companies selling World Series items. Every review almost says the same thing, customer service is non existent. Trust me save yourself the headache and go some where else or buy something else this company...

Will not be returning after a sweater with a tag saying $60 was magically upcharged at the register to $75. Not a sign in sight saying this would happen. When I returned seeking a refund for the difference, I was told they “must have forgot to mark the tag up”…well you forgot for the whole store then as every item I touched had an unaltered price tag.

My refund was issued on a gift card, even tho less than 5 mins from the original transaction occurred, I had the receipt and card used to purchase. I will be calling corporate as I do not want a rally house gift card, I want my money refunded.

Do not buy merch here, they’re adding $15 on at the register. If you notice, they just refund it on a gift card.
