Arby's — Restaurant in Kennewick

My son wanted to try the Good Burger meal advertised on the Good Burger 2 movie so I took him there. We went to the drive thru at about 6 p.m Sunday evening. When I ordered the meal I was informed that they were out of the strawberry shake. My son still wanted the meal with a coke. I asked the man if they were going to discount the meal since they were out of the shake and he said "yes". When I paid he tried to charge me the regular price, so I said something to him and he took only $1 off the price. I complained to him because the last 2 times I was at this Arby's they were out of something I wanted. He then told me that they were not out, but they had turned off the shake machine to clean it before he came to work. Why would they do that while the restaurant is still open? I won't be going to this...

I went there around 11am with my friend because he wanted to use the restroom and he went in without a problem. Then I wanted to use the restroom too and I went inside and asked if I can use the restroom. The employee immediately told me that I had to buy something to use it. That employee immediately discriminated against me because of my skin color. My friend who went in without a problem is white and I'm Latino.

I was treated differently only because of the color of my skin. My friend went in without having to buy anything but I immediately get told to buy something to use the restroom.

This Arby's is so much better than my hometown! Okay, literally I'd honestly eat 2 meals a day with their special of 2 gyros for 7$. I even skipped free continental breakfast at my hotel knowing how wonderful the food would be... no offense but free food versus a greek gyro... and the dressing on it was fire!! 🔥🔥🔥 I spoke with the guy at the register, and he knows how to deal with people and is very personable. He has a top-knot with shaved sides of his headbut this guy could talk to people and was an amazing asset to this location. You need this guy. When the next conference happens I'll hit this...
