I just went thru the drive thru with my sister and ordered their new wraps I order 6 wraps and a burrito & 3 drinks. The little girl at the window was rude, kept rushing my sister and when we got to the window she didn’t greet her or say her total nothing just opened the window took her card, then closed it. Then opened it gave her the card back & the bag and no receipt and whispered under her breath “b*tch” and slammed the window. NOT ONLY WAS OUR ORDER MISSING SOMETHING, but it was wrong we said light sauce and it was swimming in sauce.. I went back immediately and asked for the manger. When I walked in the girl at the drive thru looked at me laughed and then said something to the other 3 wearing a headset and they all started laughing. The “supervisor” called “Angel” over the headset and went to the back to get him then came back was like “I’m the supervisor what can I help you with? “ I told her no I want the manger, she proceeded to say “oh he left he just left” 🤔 how did he leave if there’s only 2 doors? And I didn’t see anyone come out. That little girl needs to be taken out of drive thru and put to do dishes or something else because she doesn’t have customer service skills at all and neither does Angel or the other 3 girls. Angel for tell her to come tell me he just left. I need to speak with the district manager. Someone needs to retrain all these “employees “ on customer service. Especially when he gave me the cooperate number and not his mangers number...
Read moreThe guy who took my order told me that he would charge me $5 extra if I needed my meals in seperate bags. I was taken a few girls from the team home who live in different homes. Then he told me they were out of chicken and it was an hour before closing and when I noticed there was plenty of chicken, he said that was for online orders only. Then once I got my bag there was extra items of food. I did not order, when I let him know he stated that he had upgraded me and it was only $2. He had upgraded my meals on his own without me even mentioning and upgrade as though he was just trying to get over on more sales and hoping customers don't notice. He quickly gave me the money back as though he knew it was a sneaky and shady move. Pay attention to your food and bill. It all seemed suspicious to me. So, I swung by KFC the other day, craving one of their famous chicken pot pies. After a long wait in the drive-thru, I finally got my hands on one. Imagine my surprise when I cracked it open and discovered the latest secret ingredient: a piece of air!
That’s right, folks. I paid good money for a crust filled with nothing but a gust of wind. Maybe KFC is trying to help me cut carbs, or perhaps they thought I’d appreciate the low-calorie option. Either way, it was the lightest meal I’ve ever had.
On the bright side, the crust was flaky and delicious—just wish there was something inside it! Next time, I’ll ask for the “extra chicken, hold the air” special.
